Having established themselves within the global DJ circuit, label founder, producer and DJ Oliver Koletzki and his protégé Niko Schwind now team up for a floor-focussed live-project: Koletzki & Schwind. To be released on Koletzki’s own Stil vor Talent, ‘She Wants Acid’, their maiden collaboration, takes no prisoners. Here's the full premiere of one of its key tracks, 'Fake Return'. 

During DGTL Festival, Koletzki & Schwind will show their collaboration in full force as they will be playing live at Sunday's (April) Audio Stage. They will share the stage that day with such artists as Oliver Schories and Miss Melera.

With ‚Illesnoise vs. Juli Holz’ we present a split-EP by two young ladies, who masterfully know their craft.

During the past years, Illesnoise has made a name for herself in the Dutch scene as an unerring DJ with a distinctive feel for flow and melody. With ‘Nova’ she now celebrates her production debut. The result emphasises the maturity, which only a schooled DJ can bring to the table, as an enveloping bass-line glides through an arrangement of harmonic synth-bells and an emotive vocal loop. On his techno-leaning remix, Oliver Koletzki ups the tempo and focuses on peak-time atmospherics.

After a teasing hiatus, we are glad to welcome back Juli Holz, who has exchanged the emotional cotton candy for an altogether darker dance-floor-aesthetic. ‘Drive’ captivates by way of deep sawtooth bass and, of course, Juli’s brilliantly distinct voice, which can be heard here in the most diverse facets. Kind of leftfield, but marvellously danceable. Lastly, Dan Caster delivers a driving remix of epic proportions. Girl Power!

Out with their third EP of 2016, this August Monkey Safari will release 'Boris,' with remixes by Guy Mantzur and Victor Ruiz, showing the world once again that these guys aren't messing around. 'Boris' is the follow up to their successful mega-EP, 'Bernstein,' released in June, with remixes by John Digweed & Nick Muir and UNER. Their next four-track EP shows the brothers' more serious, grownup side, taking new risks with no vocals, utilizing empty spaces and slower buildups. 'Boris' showcases proper club music: dark and sweaty Tech House with a hypnotic twist.
In the first track of the EP, self-titled "Boris," Sven and Lars go even deeper into their trance trajectory bridging on the darker side of Techno. The second track, "Dodge," takes listeners on a mystical journey playing with deep ambient sounds and a drop that makes your heart speed up. Tel Aviv-based producer Guy Mantzur (Kompakt / Bedrock / Diynamic) drops his hypnotic and seductive remix of "Boris," impossible not to get lost in. Additionally, Brazilian producer Victor Ruiz’s up-beat and complex remix of "Dodge" is not to be missed. Monkey Safari's dedication to their craft is catching the attention of industry dignitaries and fans alike with their consistent releases and non-stop international touring. Filth On Acid label boss Renier Zonneveld launched his new collaborative series called Cocktail with one prior release, and now has called upon one half of Deep Dish and Yoshitoshi boss Sharam for his second official release titled ‘Ski’.

Hypnotic and sharp from the get-go, ‘Ski’ is a slow-burning crowd pleaser that taps into crisp drums, classic analog synths and an absolutely chilling vocal. 'Ski', combining the best of both seasoned producers, is a teasing tune that slowly, but surely unravels into an undeniable peak set moment.

'Ski' is out on Filth On Acid on June 16.
