This week our special guest on the Cadenza Music Source to Cycle is Disco Channel.

The Swiss based DJ has been playing music since an early age, soaking up the house, techno and hip hop sounds that currently influence his sets.  As part of the Swiss Secret Society crew, Disco Channel plays regularly around Geneva, and has had his music released on labels like Ateria Music and Littlehouse Records.

Our special guest this week on the Cadenza Music Source to Cycle is Joeski.

Starting his long career Djing at house parties in Queens, New York, Joeski moved on to spinning at legendary NYC nightspots such as the Limelight, the Roxy, and the Save The Robots after-hours with DJ Keoki.

As a producer, Joeski has become synonymous with the classic tribal house sounds coming out of the States, recording for Siesta Music, Electrik Soul, Chez Music and his own Maya label.  Joeski has also paired up in the past with producers like Dano for The Twisted Pair, and produced the classic ‘El Amor’ cut with DJ Chus.  Joeski continues to produce and DJ, recently releasing on Suara Records and Desolat.

This week, our special guest on the Cadenza Music Source to Cycle is Igor Vicente.

Hooked onto the electronic music scene from his teenage years, and inspired by artists like Richie Hawtin, Steve Rachmand and Derrick Carter, Igor created the Wild Family parties, inviting DJs like Jamie Jones, Seth Troxler and Dinky to play.

In 2011 he set up the Ultrasone project with Vernon Bara, releasing music on Hot Creations and Supplement Facts.  And as a solo producer, Igor has released his music on Mobilee Records and Hot Creations.  Igor is currently busy DJing for Mobilee in Ibiza and beyond, and starts up his new label venture, State of Flow Records in October.

This week, Shinedoe from Amsterdam takes time out of her busy schedule to guest on our Source to Cycle podcast.

The lady behind the Intacto Records label, Shinedoe launched her production career back in 2004, releasing on the influential Dutch label100% Pure.   In that same year, she launched Intacto, an imprint that has since gone on to great things, releasing music from the likes of Innersphere, 2000 And One, Glimpse, D’Julz, Lee Van Dowski and of course her own productions.  

Shinedoe has also released two full length albums over the years, and continues to DJ around the world on a weekly basis, so let’s catch up with the sounds of Shindoe on this week’s Source to Cycle….

Stories From Sa Talaia is an album, a compilation, a love affair and like the title says many stories. Some of those with friends and collaborators, some about my family and all somehow connected to Ibiza. 
It´s a showcase of what i learned in the studio and in the booth in the last 20 years and the combination of those skills. 
It´s my approach of how to present such work in our fast forward moving times. This is why this work as i intended it to be in mixed form will be available as a free download for all of you. For DJs the tracks will be available as 4 Album Chapters with single tracks in the next months.
