Curating their second release on the newly established independent imprint TAU, the Adana Twins are keen to support the best up-and-coming talent from a saturated DJ/Producer market. The second release showcases yet another rising star; Paris-based, Romanian born - BOg.

BOg first broke onto the electronic music landscape after being signed to John Digweed’s ‘Bedrock Records’. 12-years down the line he’s released on Dixon’s Innervisions & Solomun’s Diynamic, BOg is a constant in the record bags of DJs across the globe. Drawing strong influences from bands and artists such as Depeche Mode, The Prodigy, Aphex Twin or The Chemical Brothers, BOg’s ‘Terra EP’ has an evident other-worldly feel.

Innellea returns to TAU002 this time on remix duties, remixing ‘Terra’ and further cementing his position as a core artist on TAU. The B-side remix of ‘Jahar’ comes from Mathias Schober, chosen for the Adana Twins love his sound design and aesthetic, the producer delivers a remix rounding off the solid ‘Terra’ EP.

After their 'Let it Go' EP that picked up support from names such as Nick Warren, Chris Fortier, Dale Middleton and more, Deniz Kabu & Wolfson return to the ZEHN Records family following the likes as Modul Kollektiv, Sezer Uysal, Daniel Rateuke and Suulo vs. Curl. 

Considering the duos very different backgrounds with Kabu coming through the heavy metal world and Wolfson being a turntablist from age of 13, their influences merge together harmoniously for the fourth time.

'Done Playin' kicks things off with emphatic, shooting melodies and alleviating vocals fused delicately with trademark, organic percussion. 'Tell Me' then finishes things off with undulating euphoria as the pulsating low-end balances accordingly with weaving modulations and vibrant synth waves.

Press Release:
After the first V.A. of the label, it’s time for another regular EP. This time the Berlin based duo Klankveld provides two originals, of which ‘Evolve’ the title track. Both originals are impactful vocal tracks, which are a little bit less dark as usual, but still, the tracks are perfectly fitting into the sound of the label. The second track, called ‘Habit’, got a great remix by the very talented Yuven.

The title track ‘Evolve’ starts off already very strong. From the first minute, a catchy and danceable melody strikes the ear after which it moves over to the first vocal part. Where the vocal is soft and emotional, the musical parts are highly energetic and right into the face. This together makes it an interesting and well balanced whole.
The second track, ‘Habit’, brings the tension and the danceability a little bit higher. Through the composition, they managed to create some effective unexpected moments in which the impressive vocal plays a big part. This all reaches the pinnacle at the final part of the track. 
In his remix, Yuven took the vocal of the original and gave a deeper and more compelling fundament. On this fundament, the vocal flows gently through the track when suddenly this gentle wave got broken down by a powerful and slightly aggressive moment. After this, the vocal comes back in again, which brings the EP to a beautiful end.

Continuing the ancient alien themed track series, Morttagua brings ‘Alpha Draconian’ to Timeless Moment. 

Out of all of the extraterrestrial species that are believed to exist, none are as feared as the Alpha-Draconian. These interstellar reptilians are believed by many to be the true leaders of Earth. They are a devilish and technologically advanced reptilian civilization that acts by stripping the planets of their natural resources and by enslaving the indigenous populations. They were said to control the mineral resources of planet through heavy mining, many hundred thousand year ago, way before ‘The Anunnaki’ arrived and gained rule over the world.  

Morttagua made the ‘Alpha Draconian’ track as a more obscure brother of his latest single ‘Anunnaki’.  Both similar in structure, ‘Alpha Draconian’ brings darker synths, heavier obscure elements and a more hypnotic driven melody, with its unlighted feeling more centric towards night time underground dance floors.  This way through music and his sound design, Morttagua is able to represent the more evil nature of the Alpha Draconian species versus the Anunnaki.
