Today's Premiere is by Vancouver based producer Jesse Bru. Released through French imprint Egoplanet, his latest offering, the "Roach Fingers" EP, features four tracks of raw yet elaborate house music. Take the title track here : a clever use of samples, solid beats, syncopated Rhodes parts, the Canadian producer distils proper late night warehouse groove through your ears and body. The vinyl is out just in time for Christmas, get it while you can, this will definitely grow on you!

Hailing from south London, he brings us a stripped back, four track house record which strikes a beautiful balance between gentle melancholia and blissed-out dance ﬂoor moments !  "Soaked In Honey" here  opens the EP with a sampled conversation between two friends (quoted above). Subterranean keys and a prominent bassline drive this poignant, and yet carefree, sunset club track. Release date : 9th September !
