Original Mix - This lush and soothing downtempo track soars and glides effortlessly, with all the layers of enchanting sounds bringing you to greater awareness and appreciation of life.

Ilias Katelanos Remix - Expanding on the original's formula the tempo is advanced, the kick more pronounced while the pulsating bass injects
extra momentum just as the dawn grows into the daylight.

Pat Foosheen Remix - This original stems are more stripped down with more emphasis on the vocal supported by deep hypnotic bass.

Rory Cochrane Remix - A more distinct departure from the original, the oscillating melodic synth weaves in and out of a percussive work out embellished with that heavenly vocal found in all mixes.

Zuat-zu Remix - Teasing you with a blissed out intro, the vocal drops and another original bass groove leads on with an array of percussive accents as the track plateaus, the elements are carefully subtracted and the passing of dawn is complete.

Spanish-Portuguese duo DJ Ino & MC Johnny Def join forces with UK imprint Deep Site Recordings for the sublime Balearic Deep House cut 'Freedom', packaged with hypnotic gem 'All Together' on the b-side.

Performing together for over 20 years across Mexico, Spain, and Portugal, long-standing musical partners DJ Ino & MC Johnny Def gained wider popularity thanks to their 2017 smash 'Love Is In The Air', which became an underground anthem for Deep House heads all over the globe.

Title track 'Freedom' opens with DJ Ino's distinctive sparse and pristine production, before unfolding into a soul-stirring melodic affair, offering up Latin guitar flourishes and seductive vocal touches. MC Johnny Def matches the track's hopeful and meditative vibe with powerful spoken words which explore themes of humanity, unity and, of course, Freedom.

'All Together' serves up trackier, more dancefloor-oriented flavours, while keeping the tempo slow and the lights low. Dubby bass and straight-up drums keep the tune grounded, while angelic vocal snippets and shimmering chords provide soaring moments of flight. Like any good musician, MC Johnny Def knows when to step in, and when to just lay back and let the groove ride. Synthesizer solos dominate the view while subtle Rhodes and B­3 phrases meander in the funky framework.Next up welcoming an old deep house favourite from Glasgow, Calum Walker of Fresh and Low delivering the beautifully understated ‘String Theory’ which builds like a cinematic theme tailor made for dance floors. For Deep Site release 48 we welcome back Deep Site Space honcho Terry Vernixx with two brand new originals plus remixes. “Sunset City” is a sublime beach anthem utilizing deep Rhodes chords, organ phrases, grand piano triads, and a funky jazz break. Damien Exton’s Remix reimagines the track with a Chicago edge by pushing the soulful elements forward while adding depth to the melodic elements. Treta Vadio's Jazz Mix recapitulates the jazz break and keyboard foundations of the original while adding percussive elements and floating chords. Terry’s final original, “It’s For You” is a Breakbeat/Deep House fusion employing an electric piano riff coupled with a synth stab wrapped around a funk bassline.
