Hailing from Tel-Aviv, Israel the duo Purple Pill launch their RGB / Never Mind release on Beatfreak Recordings. Both tracks are powerful productions and perfect fit for your sets. A surprise comes from the Copenhagen based DJ and producer Radeckt (TAU, MoBlack, Frau Blau), who had ideally remixed both original tracks in a single EP remix.

We are very excited to welcome a very famous and talented Egyptian artist on our label, who deliverers 3 outstanding melodic house & techno tracks.

Mohasseb began his music career in the early 2000s and is one of Cairo Jazz Club's main headliners where he has been playing well over a decade. In addition to playing in Pacha Sharm El Sheikh, he has played in Family and Friends and Theatre of Dreams; two of Egypt's biggest festivals. With his fresh take on melodic techno beats, Mohasseb kicked off his international career in Greece in 2015 leading to a series of gigs around the world. His bio includes playing alongside international DJs Adriatique, Denis Horvat, Adana Twins, Claptone, Adam Port and Monolink- to name a few.

For us he made a strong 3 track EP called Walls, that incorporates organic sounds, intriguing synth progressions, grooving basslines, very nice build ups and and melodies.

This EP is a full melodic journey with each song standing out by itself.

"We are well aware, that vocal tracks are more popular on the dancefloor and in the DJ booth, than in the studio. In today’s world it is especially important for music to not just be a basic form of entertainment, but to express feelings and sometimes even a hidden message.

A song with deep, meaningful lyrics we can relate to can be a life changing experience, something we associate life events with and come back to listen to it again and again.

We only release music we absolutely love, and so we are proud to present yet another super talented producer on Truesounds Music, delivering some exceptional melodic house & techno sounds. Please welcome Unstable Son.

Dystopia is one of the most outstanding tunes we have had recently. It combines a breakbeat base with contemporary mental, liquid sound. The cherry on top is the vocal from Lily Und Wolf… „life is not tomorrow” – probably we can all relate to that at some level.

As far as the remix is concerned, when it comes to quality we do not compromise, so we asked the underground icon, Martin Roth to rethink this tune, who accepted the challenge. We are delighted to have him on our label, and grateful for the support.
The Martin Roth remix definitely has the potential to become a club anthem in the autumn season. It is a banger peak time tune, no doubt about that. It takes you on a psy journey with a multitude of melodies and a groove that will make you dance till the very end.

Secrets is a bit different compared to the other two tracks, it is an uplifting peak time melodic house piece, full of joy and happiness. It stands out from the typical heavy sound that is so popular these days. The male vocal by Dcoverz perfectly fits the track. This tune reminds us to Ibiza, if you have ever been to the White Isle, you will know what we mean.

We also included an instrumental track in this release. Ypsilon is a high tech, top quality production. True underground sound (that’s what Truesounds is all about) – we wouldn’t be surprised if many AAA artists would include it in their playlist.

Dear Deer Records are excited to announce a brand new compilation series that draws together some of their many secret talents in the form of Hidden Selects Vol 1. Runov, Coppola, G Plak, Alexandros Djkevingr and more all feature on this essential first edition.

First up is Millions Lives from G Plak feat. Chris Michael, which is a moody techno cut that's deep and involving. It sinks you into the rolling drums, then epic chords and the emo vocals all add to the effect. Who Likes Hawaii from Kinree & Den Maar is a scintillating melodic cut with keys dancing up above militant drums. Great synths and withering chords bring more colour and drama to this most artful bit of techno. Runov then offers Hedonism, a rolling, hypnotic cut with dreamy pads and vocals that gets you gazing off into the distance and Coppola's Boesendorffer is a late night roller with a killer bassline bubbling away beneath icy hi hats. Lastly, Swan from Alexandros Djkevingr & Greg Ignatovich Vs Bruce Leroys is a patient, slow burning cut with creeping atmospheres and futuristic techno grooves.

Add-Us serve up two intense episodes of oceanic transcendence. The bass of Sail floods the dancefloor like a powerful spring tide. Serpentine melodies rise from the enigmatic depths of this track to the surface, where the sparkling echoes of the high hats bounce off. The remix of Beatamines transports this scenario into the sweaty darkness of a tropical night, as his equally hypnotic version has a distinct vibe of naked skin under the open skies. Then the duo Add-Us leads us into a wide, open space named Far Away. The long, multilayered and distinctly musical arrangement of this track and it’s understated moments of departure have everything it takes to hurl us into that endless dimension that expands inside our minds.
