Some produce greenhouse gases and promote warming of our planet through the greenhouse effect, while others reduce the amount of greenhouse gases promoting cooling of our planet. Thereby, by trapping heat, greenhouse gases contribute to our planet's warming and the biosphere provides the necessary environmental conditions for survival. And of course, Biosphere is the moniker of one Geir Janssen, who has been a constant influence on ambient music throughout his career. CHilL-BiEnT In ThE DeSeRt ____Mixed by AiliA

Sebastian Mullaert's reinterpretation of Joseph S. Joyce's 2014 dub techno hit, 'Vedanta,' breathes new life into the track with a mesmerizingly minimalistic approach. Stripping away the rhythmic intensity of the original, Mullaert crafts an ambient rendition that delicately balances tranquility and introspection. Through washed-out chords and understated melodies that linger in the background, the remix takes on an ethereal quality, as if floating through a dreamscape.

Following Mullaert's rendition are four other remarkable remixes, each offering a distinct perspective on the original track. El Choop, Van Bonn, Federsen, and Paul 90 bring their unique sonic signatures to the table, further expanding the palette of 'Vedanta.' Additionally, Joseph S. Joyce himself contributes a live revisit, infusing the release with his creative energy. The remix compilation is set to be unveiled on June 28 through Joseph's Default Position record label.

about horror stories, fates and dreams.

I listen to the chilling crackle,
that lights my eyes in mini-fires.
and hum to the beat of the ukulele,
on the grass path with tracks of tires.

whistle of the ancient winds,
that tell stories of bears and poisonous pears.
the campfire singes down; cool and crisp,
