Inzajeano is a dynamic and innovative multidisciplinary artist whose work seamlessly intertwines the visual and sonic art realms. Through projects like @MadahSounds, @VisionsOfHiira, @Platform-Minimal, and his website, Inzajeano.com, he has captivated global audiences with his distinct vision. His impressive work has been showcased, performed, and featured in renowned art institutions and galleries worldwide. Additionally, Inzajeano has played a pivotal role in the UK underground music scene, taking centre stage on some of the nation's premier pirate radio and internet stations, such as Gaialive, Freak FM, Passion FM, and Kool FM.

Driven by a passion for discovery, his art pushes boundaries and breaks down barriers to forge new paths. Inzajeano's innovative style, which he dubs Fringe Dub Techno, delves deeply into sound, aiming to connect disparate eras of technology. By weaving together elements from the past, present, and future, he creates a rich auditory experience that honours the roots of Dub Techno and expands the genre's possibilities. "About our live hybrid set
We conceived our performance with storytelling practices in mind, starting with the idea of creating an atmosphere from which we developed our musical narration. You can hear this aspect at the beginning of our hybrid set, where the combination of ambient/dub sounds and field recordings aims to create an introductory and more neutral soundscape. After this kind of incubating phase, we embarked on our musical journey, merging more dramatic vibes with warm, meditative sounds. From there, we gradually introduced rhythmic patterns, with some tribalistic touches, to increase the energy and reach the climax in the final phase, culminating in a special drone dedication to Laurie Anderson.

It felt really being like home playing at Temple #8 (@espacio-perpendicular), such a warm atmosphere and lovely people! The feeling of appreciation and involvement left us with some amazing memories!"

We observe from a distance, looking through windows illuminated from within—yellow squares breaking into the night. 

We see a dinner table set for a meal, an empty chair, a man stretching, and a woman laughing on the phone. These moments are not meant for us; they are offered freely in the quiet theatre of the evening. As we pass, we collect these fragments: gestures, glows, and stillness. 

Dub techno unfolds similarly—observing without intruding, echoing lives we'll never truly understand. Each track serves as a pane of glass, with each sound reflecting the rhythm of someone else's life.

Bio/
I create experimental underground sound as an electronic musician, producer, and remixer, focusing primarily on Dub Techno, Ambient, and Deep genres. I have collaborated with various labels, including Crossfade Sounds, ECOUL SND, Slope Point, Superordinate Dub Waves, Secret Domain, Echoshapes, Hello Strange, Proton Radio, Pirahna Siberia Dub, Liberty Rhythm, Seesaw Records, and Techenie. My sound features a unique approach to detail, creating a distinctive and recognisable style influenced by various musical genres. "Cosmic vibrations combine with modern electronic rhythms, drawing you into a deep atmospheric sound, where hypnotic patterns infinitely envelop and transport you into free space."

Berlin’s Refracted has been a name dear to us for some time, having contributed a remix to our inaugural label release nearly six years ago. The Paral·lel co-curator and resident has cultivated a devoted following over the years for his uncompromising vision developed through a remarkable catalog of releases for label such as Silent Season, Bitta, Sublunar and his own Mind Express. For our series Refracted contributes a mix true to his signature style, crystalline and patiently layered with unwavering intent, drawing across decades and genres to invite us into a divine state of mind. For Our 16th trip around the musical cosmos we welcome to the controls a German artist who we have been a fan of for some time. With Releases on some of the top dub techno labels including , Greyscale, OHM Series and Vuo Records, we are proud to be able to host this mix from Armin Bender.

Armin is an artist who has been involved in the dub techno scene for 30 years, he is a passionate Vinyl collector, DJ and producer. An understated artist who goes about his work in a quiet and professional manner. 

This is summed up in his short but sweet biography - 

"Mind rave, goose bumps, deepness, groove, a smile on the face. Thats what its all about... No more words necessary, no history, no credits, no stereotypes, just the music that I love, preferably on vinyl... Peace!"

We thank Armin for his contribution to the series, its another fantastic mix filled some some audible delights including tracks from Dana Ruh, Pablo Bolivar, Matt & Mark Thibideau as well as the beautiful early track by DJ Sandwich on OGE White. For our 99th edition, we’re honoured to host Belgian producer Owl, whose meditative mix feels like a balm for overstimulated minds. Known for his collaborations as Glÿph (with Clearlight) and OZOH, Owl has been crafting deep sonic journeys since 2013 - seamlessly blending ambient, autonomic, and deep techno into a sound that’s as introspective as it is expansive.

With releases on some of our favorite labels like Silent Season, re:st, Lowless, and Huinali, Owl is a master of subtle textures and emotions. His mix for Unrush gently guides you through beautiful soundscapes and soothing atmospheres - the perfect companion to unwind, reset, and breathe a little deeper. It might just become your best friend in stressful times.

We’re taking a short summer break and will return in September with our 100th mix. Until then, let Owl’s sound world carry you through the quieter moments...

Welcome to the 116th chapter of the Deep Electronics Podcast. This weeks set is mixed by Swedish DJ Eyvind Blix. 

Introduction:

Eyvind Blix is a Stockholm-based producer and DJ, who released his first ep through Physical Techno Records early this March.

Three years ago he moved to Stockholm and it didn't take long until he discovered the underground scene and great clubs such as "The Office". It opened the door to techno he had never heard before.

After winning a web-based DJ competition by "Parklife" he got invited to play at his first open-air party and later, several other underground clubs invited him to play.

Eyvind views DJing cinematically: "I build my scenery purposefully; I fill it with rhythm, atmosphere and dark industrial sounds. It's like building a puzzle, each track has it's own part in completing it. If you place your pieces right it will give the audience a complete, organic and pulsating experience. For me Techno is about limbos, matras, weird rythms and sounds, being in that will take me to a deeper level of consciousness".
