The underground communication system penetrates dozens of miles around the headquarters of the Aerospace Corporation. The place of attraction has been uniting those who disagree with the addictive lifestyle for years. The ventilated section of the secret lodge carries important news around. The mighty pilgrim and ruler of the Spessartian forest has been proclaimed the leader of the rebel movement. From now on, the hand of justice will crash anyone who violates the unspoken code of musicality. A set of semantic master keys of the German illusionist picks up the passwords to the doors of consciousness and allows one to get closer and closer to the desired goal — the downfall of sound monotony.

“Almost ten years. What started with an internet acquaintance, turned into musical appreciation and then friendship. Similar views and common dislikes. Own principles are held higher than potential success. Deep House matters more than charts. Better slow than fast. Never silence, even though others might not understand. Support, even in rough seas. Once loosing fun, other ideas are needed -  you wanna record something new?"

✔️ What are your musical influences?
 
90s hip hop, but also trip hop like Massive Attack, Hooverphonic are my early influences, then alternative rock and since Melt 2006 electronic music. I saw Jamie Lidell and Phonique together there and was blown away!
 
✔️ What is your musical background?
 
I play the piano and went to a music high school. Since 2014 I've been a booker in various clubs (Farbernseher Club, Promenaden Eck)

✔️ What makes good afterhour?
 
Relaxation, devotion, being free
 
✔️ Do you have any thoughts you would like to share about your set?

It was my first gig at the Watergate Club - I used to be a guest there a lot, and also organized the Berlin Music Days Festival for the Watergate in 2011-2013. So it was a home game - but being on the same line up as BONOBO was exciting. Unfortunately, the filter is set too extreme in between. It had sounded different live :-)
 
✔️ What was your experience of the set you recorded?
I did the warm up!
Watergate filled up quickly and the crowd was immediately in to it. I had a lot of friends there who carried the energy even further.

Experiencing Garbicz festival's utopian spirit for the first time was something truely special. 💫
I had the chance to enjoy the purest pleasures life has to offer: connection, discovery, creation, contribution and shared experiences. 💕
I met a bunch of familiar faces and strangers who turned into friends. Disconnected from life, outside the gates, in between the trees, the grass, the earth, the moss, the water and everything mother nature has to offer. 🌳 
We created moments of beauty and creativity together, which I took back home from Garbicz. 🪄
I am so grateful for this magical experience in a stunning atmosphere filled with light, Love and compassion. 🥰

Nummer 38 und Nummer 68 … ja warum nicht. A. aus der Nähe von M. macht einfach immer wieder so tolle Sets, das ich sofort zugestimmt habe, wie er meinte „ich würde gerne noch ein grooviges für deine Serie machen“. Naja und da die Serie ja eh so schön spontan ist … dacht ich mir wieso den nicht.

Na und was soll ich sagen … wiedermal ein absolutes Träumchen. Smooth, facettenreich, verspielt und wie schon geschrieben super groovig. Danke mein Freund für die tolle Musik. Und euch da draußen viel Spaß mit dem Set von hrsch … er hört sich schon bisschen nach Frühling an.
