ColtCuts is man on a mission, the Canadian 140 production supremo is ready to make his Resurgence and DDD is honoured to be putting out this absolutely fire EP to mark it.

Spearheaded by the dubstep anthem ‘We Are DDD’ with lyrical badman and UK don Killa P, this one is set to be the sound of the fall - where bass weight and pounding percussion meets savage flows and 2025’s biggest dubstep hook.

This sets the tone for an EP of intensity, passion and technical prowess - with beats raining down on you like a monsoon of menace - with title track Resurgence a defiant system banger, Head Get Dizzy a glitchy masterpiece and final track War Mode collaborating with Canadian dubstep legend Metafloor and UK grime MC Grim Sickers, a dark sinister brooder ready to inflict damage in the dance. 

The four tracks showcase Colton’s production pedigree and his rightful place as a serious player in the 140 scene - as proven at DDD’s showcase at the Mission Ballroom.

After Wraz x Hypho x Manchester Hypes dropped one of the nastiest dubstep bangers of 2025, Tactics, they’ve gone about curating a remix package of pure filthiness from a host of the most exciting underground talent in the 140 scene right now. 

Initially putting a callout on socials to take submissions, the artists were blown away with the quality of what they got back - with Oddkut, Evolushawn, Pigeon Hole, MOTUS & CUB and Katch - each variation of the original brings its own unique flavours to the party, but ones thing’s for sure - they all cause maximum damage in the dance in true DDD fashion.

DDD’s obsession with the extraterrestrial continues, this time via Rygby & The Greys, who have opened up an unsolved case from the Federal Bureau of Invesdubgations with the otherworldly melodic deep dubstep stunner, Skully. 

Undoubtedly two of the best technicians in the underground right now, the UK duo have served up special atmospheres to convey the sense of beauty and suspense beholden to mystery - all with a grittiness, sub presence and urban percussive touches to underpin it. 

Skully is a perfect ode to the X-Files character herself, with her penchant for the paranormal and suspicions of the supernatural - while taking on the establishment.

Coming at you like an eerie solo drive in the dead of night, Die by the Sword’s Swerve is set to accelerate your pulse, change the gear of your frequency receptors and turn up the sub’s turbo chargers. 

One of the hottest talents in the US 140 dubstep scene, the Chicago native and Denver resident has been admired by Morii Records’ founder ENiGMA Dubz for some time - the pair having played numerous shows together stateside - and following his emphatic remix of Neumonic’s Makes Me, Swerve was the perfect debut solo release on the imprint. 

With atmospheres that leave you feeling anxiety stricken, percussion that has you putting the pedal to the metal and low end pressure taking you into the fast lane - this brooding hit of menacing, free wheeling adrenaline will stick in your consciousness well beyond its three minute journey.
