Fundamental to Slovenia's Dubstep scene, the massive influence of 
DeepEnd! has long overtaken national borders. A collective of talented artists with a shared vision of advancing sound system culture - no matter if it's their own bass-ridden events, continous and fiery musical output or their exquisitely crafted visual design - the quality speaks volumes. Spearheading their mission, it was time to materialize their sound onto 12-inch spheres of black gold. Delivering four bottom-heavy works of art, 'DPND001' shines brightly no matter where you drop the needle. Embalming the sounds of highly regarded artist duo DubDiggerz, supported by names such as J:Kenzo, V.I.V.E.K or Joe Nice - followed up by FLO, who's gained a steady following and appreciation from key figures like Mala, Joe Nice and TRUTH. Joining their ranks are two promising, aspiring talents, who've already taken great strides to wide recognition in the land of system sound: RawLand & Pier. Each artist contributing one track, we're off to leave earthly matters behind as the eerie introduction to DubDiggerz' 'Moontalk' stirs expectations, hints of impending sub weight seeping through the cracks. Otherworldly lead elements enthrall as the foley-esque percussion does its part to wrap up the beautifully crafted high. Electrified crackling propels the swift and driving drums space with anthemic chord stabs in 'Fall of the Leader' by Pier. Pressurizing the surrounding environment, fluid sub oscillations hurl the arrangement unceasingly forward. As the music-induced hypnosis sheds its power, eager to feel the other side of the coin, masterful craftsman FLO takes the spotlight through 'Ahn Quiraj' on the B-side. Cinematic orchestration commanding your immediate attention, commencing its high-energytransmission. As the carefully constructed background element takes the lead into the foreground, a monstrous dancefloor bomb emerges in full beauty. Closing the session in a true dubwise fashion, oriental flutes and echoing dub sirens set the pace in midst of heavy low-end shelling. RawLand takes no prisoners as his post-apocalyptic proto-Dub 'Feedback Skank' perfectly rounds off a massive record - leaving little doubt about its imminent success.
