We are very proud to present our label with our first release "Abyss Theorem". A compilation with a selection of 11 artists from different parts of the planet that perfectly describe the sound of the deep abyss of Syhda Music. 11 tracks composed in an eclectic way with organic textures, powerful polyrhythmic percussions, futuristic melodies, tribal sounds and deep passages that explain the future sound of our project. We hope you like it!!!

"Hall of Echoes" is the experimental track that Paracusia gives us from the UK, an artist with releases on labels such as Regression Media or Ronin Ordinance, immerses us in a minimalist creation with a dark and dystopian atmosphere worthy of a science fiction film.

Rafael Prieto Suarez (conocido como Falín) se mueve entre giradiscos desde los años 90. Es cazador de rarezas musicales en formato de doce pulgadas. Provisto de un arsenal de miles de ejemplares únicos ordenados en una viniloteca con numerosos registros de predominancia electrónica. Es coleccionista de atemporalidad plastificada.
 Disc-jockey de largo recorrido nacional. El ejemplo vivo de que el arte de la mezcla y selección musical es único y completo por sí mismo.

 Se caracteriza por mezclas de extensa duración y un contenido que no deja indiferente. Su intención está en guiar a través de un viaje sonoro con numerosas escalas. Pasión y energía acompasados.

 El activismo cultural lo ha motivado a la fundación y dirección de “Live sesions” portal dedicado a la difusión de actuaciones en directo de artistas multidisciplinares nacionales e internacionales en facebook

Over the last few years, Scottish label, Bulletdodge has gradually manoeuvred itself in the realms of electronica, indie dance and beyond. Their latest release, a new EP by Phelan Kane takes a turn towards shades of Electro.

Phelan Kane is a Berlin and London based music producer, engineer, artist, developer and educator. For over twenty years he has been active in both the music industry and the contemporary music education sector. His specialism is sound design and production techniques such as synthesis and sampling, alongside audio engineering, mixing, mastering, audio processing and plug-in development. His credits and clients include sources as diverse as Radiohead, Fad Gadget, Placebo, Moby, Ableton, Mute, The British Film Institute, Island, PIAS, Channel 4, Beggars Banquet, Boy George, Sony BMG, Universal, EMI and Warner Bros to name just a few! In 2001 Kane worked closely with pioneering synth artist, Fad Gadget a.k.a. Frank Tovey, playing an instrumental part in his support on Depeche Mode’s 2001 Exciter tour and as part of the Fad Gadget band, performing at Euro Rock and Wembley Arena.

Focusing on his solo work, he delivers four new tracks for Bulletdodge to form his ‘Interlacing EP’ which is backed by remixes from Werner Niedermeier, Inhmost, and Stockton And Malone.

Our next dpr_xs_podcast episode is a soothing one hour live recording by an artist we follow for some time now and who has an incredible diverse musical output, both as a musician and as the founder of "Secuencias Temporales", a label who describes itself with the words "Multidisciplinary Exploration in the purest and deepest version of the work of our artists.". He put together this live recording focusing on subsonic frequencies, ambient and drone with subtle changes and progressions - half of it is done digitally modulated live and the other half is done analog with some machines. The genesis of the tracks on the Defiance LP [HOROEX38] (https://soundcloud.com/horolabel/asc-defiance-horoex38-previews) came directly in the aftermath of the Space Echo EP by ASC for Samurai Red Seal. At the time, James made remixes of some of the tracks from this EP in an updated style for use on his last European tour. Two of these remixes make up the Defiance: Prelude release. Space Echo gets rebuilt into a more sinuous, ethereal soundscape, and Reveal is also refined into a graceful flotation device with sprinkles of air from the ether.

Followers of ambient music will no doubt know Ario as the man behind @astralindustries, the revered label that fuses reissued work with new releases from some of the most exciting artists in the genre. Despite the challenges thrown up by 2020, this year alone has seen AI releases from @multicastdynamics, The Chi Factory and Waveform Transmission, among others, and 2021 already promises to be even more prolific for both the label and its boss. 

Yet London-based Ario is just as much a DJ in his own right, with a sound that evades neat categorisation: drawn to the “deeply ritualistic and primal” side of drone, yet partial to the occasional dance floor set, he is reluctant to get too concrete when discussing his own music. His Patterns of Perception 77 is designed to challenge the listener – built on the belief that, contrary to what many may think, an ambient set is not necessarily designed to soothe and subdue.
