Arsen is the founder of “ Fantastique Sound Records ”.

He worked with numbers of the artists like Robert Babicz, Artbat, Alex Niggemann, Oliver Deutschmann, Betoko, Phonique, Sergey Sanchez, Roy RosenfelD etc.

During festivals and underground projects like (AEM fest “Future generation”, DJ Summer Fest, Urban trips, Be-Up.)
He considered as the organizer of numbers of Electronic events including Area 51, Echo "The Sunset", Midnight, Contact, Radiant, Evolution ½, Hi Voltage and so on.
