We're finally back with another instalment of our mix series where we welcome our third guest of the series, Dan Barrientos. Dan is a DJ/Producer who has certainly made his statement over the past few years releasing on major labels such as Libero, LW recordings, Maze Recordings and also his and Josh Lee's Label Laevo . 

Artists such as Marco Carola, Joseph Capriati and Yaya have took a shine to his music due to his recent success with his remix of "Shake" which was released earlier this year on Libero.

As well as his success with his music, Dan is also a regular in and around Leeds and has made multiple appearances for MiNT, at both their festivals and their club nights by himself and also with BRTN which are a Leeds based Brand. Due to this he has had the opportunity to support the likes of Green Velvet, Bassel Darwish, Seb zito, Mason Collective and other house DJ's such as Secondcity and Danny Howard. Dan is really crawling up the ladder in the music industry and we're excited to see whats next for him.

For this weeks mix we'd like to present another hour long mix of pure minimal grooves featuring artists such as Tomi&Kesh, Entwan, Nic Zega, Gruuve, Guy Mac and many more. We hope you enjoy :)

Verve Mix Series 006 - Dan Barrientos

For the 8th instalment of our mix series we welcome our first overseas artist Nic Zega. Nic has released on a number of well-established labels such as Libero, Habitat and Unamed&Unknown. 

Nic also has an upcoming collab DJ Entwan, Nic Zega – The Beat Goes On which will be released soon on Distance Music, and has also been working on a special collab EP with the Italian duo mrT & SimoV.  Nic's recent release “Rockability” with Andrei C on Habla Music has received support from the likes of Lexlay, Tomi&kesh and Juan(AR).

This weeks mix continues with our rolling percussive sound including tracks from the likes of Tomi&Kesh, Alessio Bianchi, Gustaff and Max Chapman, alongside some unreleased music from Nic himself.
