With the holiday season upon us, the Grinch launches his master plan...with a deadly virus, he shall cancel Christmas, banishing all the holiday icons to a faraway land where they can't terrorize and spoil the snot-nosed children of the human world. Can one little troublemaker from Illinois be the key to bringing back the Christmas spirit? No. No he can't.

The Elf on the Shelf takes the only role that matters. He never rests. Not even when the nighttime comes.

The giant department store of Mega-Macy's-- owned and funded by Ebenezer Scrooge-- takes the place of Hotland. With the department store (and Macy's in particular) being a staple of the American holiday season for about a century now, it has permanently established itself as part of the mythos, even in the era of online shopping. This area represents everything corporate about the holiday of Christmas, and a bunch of out-of-touch executives are trying to use Jesus Himself as a mascot and a selling point. There's no "War on Christmas" in the real world, but here? There just might be. Beneath this bright corporate smile is something truly sinister...
