Stay True Sounds Vol. 7 drops 29 August - another expertly curated compilation from label boss Kid Fonque, continuing his mission to document and showcase the label’s uncompromising vision; elevating the most exciting artists in South African electronic and house music.
Leading the rollout, Thabo Tonick delivers “Nika” - a slow-burn house heater layered in tension and flow - while Graham Deep makes his debut on the label with “Rabbit’s Foot”, a patient, atmospheric standout that’s already turning heads.

But the depth doesn’t stop there. Pando G comes through with “Analog Machines”, a raw, synth-heavy trip built on texture and grit. It’s one of the compilation’s most distinctive moments - unapologetically minimal, deeply musical. The kind of track that rewards repeat listens or gets dropped in a tech house set at 2am.

Another highlight is beatsbyhand’s “Aphotic Zone” - a haunting, immersive track that pushes deep house into darker waters. With its low-end weight and shadowy tone, it captures the late-night energy that defines the Stay True sound.

Helsloot Delivers a Stunning New Remix of the Get Physical Classic ‘Body Language’ by M.A.N.D.Y. vs Booka Shade.

Few tracks in electronic music history carry the weight of M.A.N.D.Y. vs Booka Shade’s ‘Body Language’. First released in 2005, the track not only defined the early identity of Get Physical Music but also lent its name to the label’s long-running and iconic compilation series. Nearly two decades on, the piece remains one of the most recognizable and influential house tracks ever created, a genuine evergreen anthem.

Now, Dutch producer Helsloot steps forward with a fresh remix as part of his upcoming Body Language Vol. 27 compilation, which drops November 14, 2025. This new version marks the fourth single taken from the campaign and sees Helsloot reinterpret one of the label’s crown jewels with sophistication and vision.

His rework carefully reframes the iconic bassline, twisting it into a new harmonic context and surrounding it with cinematic chord layers. Gradually, familiar synth motifs from the original emerge, building tension until the break strips everything back, leaving the legendary bassline to stand alone. The moment feels both surprising and celebratory: A respectful nod to the past wrapped in Helsloot’s unmistakably clean and melodic sound.

For Get Physical, this release continues a full-circle journey. What began as a groundbreaking DJ mix series in the early 2000s has evolved into a forward-looking artist album concept, with Body Language Vol. 27 curated entirely by Helsloot. Known for his emotive productions and worldwide success with Tinlicker on ‘Because You Move Me’, as well as his acclaimed debut album Never Tried, Helsloot brings both credibility and fresh perspective to the project.

As Helsloot himself explains: “I know this track has been remixed a lot so I said to myself ‘challenge accepted’. My vision was to make a full chord melody out of the iconic bassline that slowly evolves into the original.”

‘Body Language (Helsloot Remix)’ is a celebration of heritage and progression: a dancefloor-ready reimagining that proves the staying power of a track that helped shape modern house, seen through the lens of one of the scene’s most exciting contemporary voices.

exceptional Jabulile Mojolas' "Woza Mntana"(released 2023) reimagined in a deeply moving
remix by China Charmeleon.

Originally a Zulu folk love song, stripped down, spiritual, and carried by Jabulile's storytelling
voice, "Woza Mntana" stands as living poetry: a prayer, a memory, a gentle call home. Born in
the rolling hills of KwaZulu-Natal, Jabulile's artistry feels both ancient and immediate, his voice a
vessel of grace and truth. The song's beauty is always there — raw and honest.

China Charmeleon, himself a narrator of mood through sound, elevates this story into another
realm; rather than reinventing it, he illuminates it. His remix is a deep, spiritual journey, almost
like a sacred conversation— gospel warmth meeting golden, sun-soaked house.

The result is achingly beautiful, blending traditional and contemporary elements with a sense of

Rafael Reworks ‘All By Design’ into a Groovy Indie Dance Weapon.

Get Physical Music presents a fresh twist on N-You-Up & Boogie Vice’s collaboration with Joshua Morris as Rafael delivers a stripped-back yet infectious remix of ‘All By Design’.

Where the original leaned into warm piano grooves and a sun-soaked house feel, Rafael takes the track in a new direction, reshaping it into a tight, minimal Indie Dance cut. A funky, rolling bassline anchors the groove while crisp percussion and subtle drum effects add movement and tension. The signature piano and vocal parts are reimagined, chopped into rhythmic fragments that punctuate the track with energy and playfulness.

As the arrangement unfolds, Rafael introduces a long, cinematic break where the piano theme returns in full, allowing the soulful vocals to glow once more before diving back into the chopped groove.
