Alvintono(Phuti Moloto) ,Brenwalt(Shaun Ngobeni) and 3Nitty(Trinity Kekana) are musical duo within the underground came together back in high school had one thing in common which was to listen to deep house music occassionally in 2016 Deep Acolytes was birthed formally by Alvintono and Brenwalt who believed in music it started as a two men deep house project which later was joined by 3nitty. Deep Acolytes have been closely monitoring the trio and we can amazingly say that their hear for music is very commendable

the talent hails all the way from Limpopo in a small village called Zebediela which comes to prove that this particular Province is is truly gifted in music

the duo started first steps with the melodious rhythms such as Pure Deep house,130bpm Electronica, dub, afrohouse,drumfunk,disco house continiung with deeper such as soulful sounds and vocal mixes allowing the group to work with melodious experiments of different types of the sound sources.

in 2019 the acolytes released their first track known as ESSEIN NORBERT followed by MISS ME WITH THAT BASS ft ESSEIN later on in 2019 the duo draw their first ep called curtain call under independent label named old street records followed by romanesque ep

Deep Acolytes has an amazing vision of blessing deep house listeners with cordial tunes and to give other talents opportunity to expore their talents in music later on if they become successful.

"Change was a very big track for me and Martin Stimming. Almost a year later we thought it would be a laugh if we did a track called "StaytheSame". Stimming enlisted the mastery of Dave Pezzner and well the track was born. Rather than releasing the song on a  label or offering it up for sale, we decided to give the  the track up for free as a gift. A form of thanks to you our fans for all the great support. Nyvs is back at Monog with another tasty treat in the form of the delicious The Beautiful Way To Adenadurna. We last had the pleasure of hosting his works back in March 2016 with his A To The Alpha EP and prior to this he had the honour of being Monog's 50th release alongside Sugark with their Arco-Iris EP in 2015. Nyvs started listening to various forms of music, from hip hop to punk and rock to electronic, but it was electronic music that caught his ear and he grew into this sound more and more. Now, totally hooked, he has been twiddling the knobs for over 10 years, happily surrounded by his music gear and losing himself in a world of endless possibilities. Here the track sets out with a nicely tweaked kick drum and sharp hi hat combi finished off with scattered percussions that give the rhythm a dynamic feel. In the background we find sweet melodic pads and keys that stand out beautifully against the deeper elements. The main lead is strong with striking chords and keys drawing a lot of attention. A solid slice that will not disappoint.

Biography:
Auckland Resident Yiorgos is infatuated with deep, dark, melodic, minimal underground rhythms and driving bass-lines. 

Yiorgos's multicultural heritage (Greco, Afro & Egypto-Arabic) resonates in his track selection. Yiorgos draws inspiration from DJ's and producers such as 2lani the Warrior, Steve Bug, Deep Souls, Random Fact, Fulltone, Laminin Music, Krippsoulisc and Sanoi to name but a few.

Yiorgos is part of the elite crew of Dj's and producers of the Underground Kollektiv (UK) and founder of and resident DJ of Deep House Auckland. He has featured on legendary Whitey D'vine's radio show, D'Vibe Rekords Radio, Culture Connection Radio (New York City), Sultry Sounds with AbouT_Time, Deep House Auckland and appeared as a guest on Laminin Music's weekly show "the Phonic Escape""
