House Music legend Eddie Amador joins forces with Spanish producer Dany Cohiba and LA’s talented songbird Coco Street on a vibrant and soulful take on the timeless hymn, ‘Amazing Grace’. Across the package there’s a bounty of deep, afro and soulful mixes, where infectious percussive rhythms and warm melodies flow under Coco’s uplifting vocals, offering a delightful contemporary spin on one of the most famous songs in history.

Acclaimed US house music veteran, Eddie Amador, has been contributing to the dance scene since 1998 when his classic anthem House Music exploded on the scene. He’s since upheld a fruitful career releasing dance floor hits on labels such as Yoshitoshi, Unquantize, Defected, Quantize Recordings, Pacha, Suara, Yellow, Subliminal, Spinnin, Stealth, Nervous, and Toolroom, among many. In Summer 2020 Eddie launched his new digital imprint, Nu Soul Records.

Dany Cohiba is a critically acclaimed, international DJ and Producer based in Spain. Dany has produced more than 150 tracks releasing on labels such as Stealth Records, Sony Music, Toolroom and MoBlack, among others. Dany has worked with some of the top artists, including Cher, Crystal Waters, Deep Purple, Steve "Silk" Hurley, Snoop Dogg, Ron Carroll, Dave Stewart (Eurythmics) and many others.

Los Angeles based recording artist, songwriter, and percussionist Coco Street has been captivating fans with her original soulful style and artistic songwriting for 20 years. Charleeps returns to clipp.art with her debut EP “Hope for the Future''. Following her appearance on our “SOUNDS LIKE A GOOD TIME III” in 2020 with the song Matabiau, and cuts for Happiness Theory and Les Disques Du Lobby, “Hope for the Future'' delivers 3 cohesive cuts of raw electronica, delving into the depths of ambient, acid, breakbeat and leftfield. Epic title track “Hope for the Future'' cuts a before and after figure, containing nostalgic nods to the past with swirling strings and St Germain-esque piano delays, before tumbling into a 303 groove hole that propels the entire release forward. It’s one of several looking back to look forward moments found on the EP. “Cosmic Rain” delivers a low fidelity exploration of analog archetypes via scrolling 3D corridors of Parisian Acid House - like an endless video game scrolling loop for 90s inspired French ravers. “Step by Step” closes the tribal rave circuit with a Junglish acid assault on the frontal lobe. Moroccan sunrise vocals and staccato stabs never go astray. The whole release could be easily described best as a Roland branded time machine sinking into an oceanic Acid sunset, and speaks volumes of hope for the future of this new French talent.

I wanted to write something really clever about this Los Angeles based trio of artists - Lexi and Frank (PVLMS), Danny (Goliger) and Justin (Jay), about the amazing Fantastic Voyage imprint they’ve all worked on, or how this was a second sterling outing for Danny on clipp.art, or Justin’s ubiquitous tracks and fuzzy musical pedigree that has made him a familiar face in the LA beats scene, about PVLMS crunchy raw semi ambient house stylistics.. But none of that really matters. Instead just trust when we say this tune is a lo-fi house classic and its hook will rattle around your brain tank forever. And if you don’t hear that, then you are confused.

„Underground Boy“ is a three-tracker that comes from the dedicated label pimp himself - Bee Lincoln. Deep diggin’ in the track archive has spawn some distinctive tunes with its uniquely groovin’ characteristics which are rooted in the early years of ravin’ and transformed to contemporary clubby tightness. To keep up the raw and dirty vibes is an essential and more than a slogan for the cheeky title track. Not taking it too serious and always retaining the excitement of a boy (or girl) is the ethos hereby.

The second one „Enjoy The Process“ has this bassy groove which could sit in an endless loop. Time by time the evolution of the track leads to a saw-like hook and a rising tension for sweaty hours and fits perfectly to a well-warmed-up floor. Following up on easy digested rollin’ grooves, „The Myst“ flies on ever-shifting sequences from sweet to serious and works from dusk till dawn and back. By diving into it, a non-categorizable slipstream will take control.

"Jungle Expedition" is the second track on the EP and delivers a whole different vibe than his bro from the A side. The theme is jungle and the percussions dominate the track hand in hand with a big bass line. @whoskiriku is a Swiss/Italian DJ/producer based between London and Ibiza.

He was born in Lucerne in Switzerland on 18/02/1993 and lived his childhood there. 
At the age of 7, he moved with his family to southern Italy where he began to become passionate about music and to create his first songs as a rapper and beatmaker. 

After some self-produced and self-financed demos and albums, he moved to Rome in 2012, where he performed 3 years with the House/Electro project XTRO in many famous venue (Roma Vintage, La Bibliotechina, Circolo Degli Illuminati, XS, Planet, Shari Vari, Gilda) then founded the Kiriku project in 2015. 
Kiriku is a downtempo music project with afro-funk, hip house and electronic indie contamination.

The first album of the Kiriku project is "Hello friends" released independently in 2017 followed by the ep Yonio in 2018 inspired by the Mediterranean sea and than ”Who minds who's kiriku" when he arrived in London In October of the same year. 

In 2019 he started as Art Director and Resident/Dj in many venues in London (The Castel, Obica Company, Pop Brixton, Mercato Metropolitano, Lost Society) and a lot of collaboration as a producer with a lot of artists worldwide: Lelli (Paris), Lydia Lyon (Boston), Ida Flo (San Francisco).

In 2021 he moved to Ibiza as resident Dj of Experimental Beach and Sir John Company.

Kiriku is currently preparing for his debut album for a well-known label this spring and releasing small premieres every month on his Spotify channel.

Basti Grub returns to Davide Squillace’s label This And That Lab for his fourth EP on the imprint. Having already proven himself to be one of This And That Lab’s most popular artists Basti Grub has also featured on other labels including Moon Harbour, Bar 25 Music, Stil Vor Talent and Moan. Along with being a successful solo producer he has also collaborated with many other artists including his recent outing on Mobilee Records where he teamed up with Timo Maas and Eric Volta.

One of Germany’s most consistent artists, Basti Grub’s unique blend of quirky percussion and catchy synth lines give his jazz influenced tech house tracks an unmistakable sound. Complementing the three original tracks is a remix from Spanish artist Cuartero, who along with DJing all over Europe, boasts an impressive back catalogue including music signed to the likes of Hot Creations, Saved Records, Desolat, Knee Deep In Sound and VIVa MUSiC.

Opening the EP is the tribal groove of “Adansonia” which compliments the dark atmospherics and the haunting Spanish vocal. A medley of textures and fast flowing rhythms, this track is very much in line with the trademark style of clubs like DC10 in Ibiza.

The second cut “Day Dreamer” is on a similar vibe to the first but uses a muffled vocal sample as its main hook that gets layered with a vibrant mix of percussive textures and delicate synth parts. Dark and twisted, the shuffling rhythms enhance the captivating atmosphere brought to life by the creepy vocal.

Third on the EP is the solo remix from Cuartero, who for his version, has decided to focus on the originals percussive textures, stripping back the other parts except for the delicate melody synths. He also adds his own dramatic vocal stab, which works to give extra impact to this rhythmical rework.

Dropping the tempo to wrap things up, “Checking You Up” has hip hop style samples fused with chanting textures of a looped vocal that adds to the flow before opening out into soothing female tones. ‘80s influenced, this charismatic slice of tribal house has a timeless sound full of personality.

blk. - I Need a Boiler Room

Veteran Chicago House pioneer Boo Williams delivers stand out genre melding EP on Italian record label, NICEPEOPLE. The three track EP meanders through elements of house and techno with real depth. This is the “LOL” EP, landing January 2021 on vinyl, and you can happily say this one fully lives up to its expectations. 

The title track “LOL” chugs along with pure energy of sounds of the past, twisting beeps and bleeps whirring throughout. The shuffling drums make this one, brushing by as they continue to drive the opener. The clue is in the title here as Williams uses trippy samples of laughter which flash in and out throughout the duration. 

Next on the agenda is “Backwards Run”, a blissful deep and emotive encounter with Boo doing what he does best. Trickling synths and pads meander around a clean cut house arrangement, voices circle around the belly of the track making this another hypnotic outing. 


Elastic bass creates a sense of urgency in “Bangin Out”, the last of the EP which takes up the whole of the B-side. A real abrupt and direct track, the kind that leaves the crowd in a trance when utilised in the right moment, creating suspense in the club room before elevating to the next track. A tinge of acid and intelligent key arrangement enforcing more masterpiece material. 

This is Boo Williams at his finest once more, landing on a label that is not afraid to push a variety of sounds as long as the consistent quality is there. A real nod to sounds of the past, no egos in sight, just plain and simple effective dance floor sounds from one of the heroes of this vibe.
