Carsten Halm is a german Dj and producer but keeps his doings very much under the radar.

He started his early career more then10 years ago as a dj avoiding club play but instead played at self organized parties in the countryside near Cologne on a hillside with just two residencies. The parties got so famous that Sven Väth and others came to visit . This experience over the years prepared himself to understand the essential goals for his music productions. His music has the unique quality to bring people together and experience something very positive.
Now Carsten is playing propper clubs as well but keeps what he thinks is truthfully his roots.

In 2018/2019 he released on the Cologne label Monkey League of which „Mondlicht" und „Traumtänzer" were very well received and ended up in the top positions of Top 100 at Beatport.
His recent release in 2020 on Parquet was supported by Artbat, Solomon,Animal Trainer, Format-B, Eelke Kleijn and also made it into the top positions the Beatport charts.

A rising star in the Canadian and international electronic music scene, Borella has garnered support from none other than Nick Warren, via his SoundGarden label. She is busy on the DJ circuit, with regular appearances at CODA/Toronto, supporting the likes of Jeremy Olander and Einmusik, and even travelling to Tulum this spring to perform alongside Armen Miran.

For this podcast, I decided to explore my different facets as an artist. Through sound, I explore all the Paradoxes we face in our lives: throughout the whole 3 hours, 33 minutes and 33 seconds journey, I contrast darkness with lightness, emotions with energy. The podcast starts with softer dance music that I truly enjoy but don’t have the opportunity to play most of the time. The energy levels then gradually increase, reaching the sound I play in peak time, until we finally reach an emotional ending. There are many unreleased (and some unfinished) tracks of mine in this podcast--some for
the dancefloor, some to enjoy on a sunset drive. Some of these songs will come out this year and others in 2023. Can you spot them?

Roh und unerbittlich hämmern die Wellen gegen die Klippen. Ohne jeden Anschein von Müdigkeit rollen sie auf die Küste zu und waschen den Fels rein. Wie immer habe ich das Gefühl, dass mir der ewige Meister eine Lektion erteilen möchte. Fest entschlossen dieses Mal das Geheimnis Poseidons zu entschlüsseln, habe ich die das kühle Nass fest im Blick. Rhythmisch und unkontrolliert erstürmen die Wellen weiter, das vom Menschen zeitweise eingenommene Gebiet und weisen die Krone der Schöpfung in ihre Schranken. Nur ich halte weiter einsam die Stellung und lasse mir die Gischt ins Gesicht wehen. Bis sich die Stimme der Vernunft meldet und altklug verkündet „ Es wird Zeit“.

Erlebt mit Moonbootica eine Stunde purer Ekstase und lasst euch von ihm mitreißen in eine Welt der Beats und Melodien.Gekonnt umschifft er mit euch die Untiefen und nimmt euch mit hinaus auf den unendlichen Ozean.
