Artist Bio

Born and raised in Tokyo and now based in New York City, Alice Iguchi is a rising force in the global electronic music scene. 🇯🇵 Blending deep house, organic techno, and Afro-oriental textures, her sets are a hypnotic journey of warm grooves, tribal rhythms, and soulful ambiance. 🎛️  With an ear shaped by years of eclectic listening ═ from jazz and UK rock to Massive Attack and Motor City Drum Ensemble ═ Alice’s sound is both refined and deeply emotive. 🎺

Alice began her musical path playing guitar in a teenage rock band, later discovering her love for electronic music in college. 👩‍🎓 Drawn by the creative energy of New York, she relocated there in 2017, quickly embedding herself in the underground scene. 🎬 From intimate house parties to renowned venues like Brooklyn Mirage, House of Yes, and Elsewhere, she has captivated audiences with her distinct vibe and immersive sets. 🎚️

Internationally, she’s performed at Sisyphos (Berlin) and Womb (Tokyo), and held a residency at Do Not Sit On The Furniture in Miami, appearing at major events including Art Basel and Miami Music Week. ♪ 🇺🇸 Sharing lineups with industry heavyweights like Guy Gerber, Bob Moses, DJ Tennis, and Maceo Plex, she continues to build a name as both selector and storyteller. 🗽

In addition to her performance career, Alice is passionate about sustainability and social impact. 𑁍 In 2025, she joined the Patagonica DJ Tour with Parties4Peace, raising awareness for environmental conservation across Chilean Patagonia. 🧩

Currently refining her production craft in Ableton Live, Alice is focused on releasing original music that reflects her global influences and personal evolution. 🎼 With roots in Japan and a heart in the world, Alice Iguchi is an artist whose journey is just beginning.♟️

Pour l’épisode 41, je reçois Jerpa, figure centrale de la scène électronique slovène, DJ et co-fondateur des événements Sinergia et du Flows Festival. Présent sur les scènes de festivals comme Balance, Endorphin, Flows ou Castle Festival, il s’est également produit dans les clubs phares de la région, de Ljubljana à Zagreb.

Inspiré par des légendes telles que Hernan Cattaneo ou Nick Warren, Jerpa propose des sets à la fois progressifs, mélodiques et narratifs, où chaque track participe à un voyage émotionnel. This set is a big one for me, I was so in the zone about it that I didn’t even think to record it only to find out the organizers at Camp Summerdaze had it covered! My gratitude being through the roof, this set for me meant the whole world! A sunrise set being my absolute favorite, I carefully selected each track to carry everyone through from night into twilight. This chapteresque performance comes with a lot of emotions baked in and consequently a whole lot of catharsis. Its release marks a new chapter for my artist career as I feel it truly shows the essence of what I am trying to create. I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed playing it!
