Artist Bio:

Born and raised in a beautiful green and rural area of western Germany in a very musical family, I was always surrounded by nature and rhythmic sounds. There is no place I feel more at home than the outdoors. After spending a year traveling the world and moving to the City of Cologne in 2017, I started to discover my deep & genuine passion for electronic music, which is constantly evolving ever since. Since I started DJing in 2019, there has been a growing inner synergy of nature and music, which I can best express through techno and deep house spiked with many melodic and organic ingredients.

My fundamental concept as a DJ is to create an environment to connect & unite every soul that's dancing and listening. In my opinion it's all about connection. How do you choose to interact with your surrounding environment, nature and fellow souls? And most importantly as an individual, how do you connect to your very self and your personal energy? Because this is where everybody can find the actual potential to change the world. Simply by starting with oneself.

Let's make this year special, get closer and unite again. Let's free ourselves from blockades, restraints, preconceptions and in return give free rein to empathy, emotions and our very similarities, such as the fascination for electronic music. I am very honoured to have recorded this special mix for Deep House Morocco. Dj PAS-RISKY, who was born in Izmir, Turkey 🇹🇷. His passion for music started from a very young age, as he was always surrounded by friends who were connected to electronick music. At the age of 17 he began to play the piano. Because of the Facebook Group 'PAS-RISKY Music' he got always linked to the electronic music & environment, working very closely with large production companies in USA and UK until he made the decision to stand at a mixing desk.
His style and his musical identity are very characteristic, achieving sounds that seek that each person who listens to his sets can connect with themselves. His sessions go from the Organic House to the Progressive House and also electro. It is characterized by achieving a very great energy on each dance floor and incredible passes.

This weeks Journey is by Yoni, a talented DJ from Luxembourg.
Yoni is a DJ, musicologist and event manager traveling between Germany, Austria, Belgium and her home country Luxembourg. Studying musicology and her African-Indian roots have vastly influenced her DJ sets creating a unique sound design that's best described as eclectique electronique. Her musical journeys contain mostly Afro House and Afro Tech but sometimes she explores other genres such as Oriental House or Downtempo.
Starting her DJ career during the pandemic was a risk worth taking, allowing her to share her sound at many small raves in Luxembourg and Lüneburg before venturing on to festivals and clubs. To name some of them she played at Kollatronica Festival [LUX], Stellwerk Hamburg [DE] and La Nature Festival [BE].
