I am proud to present our latest release on cormalake records. Davidovitch & Miserez have known each other for over twenty years. Already musically active in the 90s, they joined forces this year by working between Switzerland and Sri Lanka to produce a high quality EP.

The songs Atlantique One and Atlantique Seven are DeepTech jewels with a strong emotional sensation. Atlantique is in reference to the oceans of electronic music that connect the worlds.

Generally’s steely, ultra-hypnotic Deep-Tech usually conjures images of some distant future, all flying cars and glass buildings. But "Atlantique", 2 tracks from the switzerland duo's latest EP, is rooted in the emotion and share. Groovy and percussive, it's the fisrt party-friendly tracks they've released, a bass-well round and synth lines that recalls the classic era of reduced techno and tech house, where a fat bassline and shuffling percussions were all DJs needed to get a dance floor rocking. But just here the sound is so fresh. Really, this is an EP to put high on your playlist from now on if you don't want to be left behind...

DHS Premiere: Davidovitch & Miserez - Atlantique Seven

Two months ago I fell over, a simple loss of balance and crushed my right wrist - at the same time this virus caused me and most of the world to seclude ourselves - and I couldn't play my piano. My cast and splint are off but there is healing still to do. Finally, this week I sat down to play - painful, but that is life.  In my seclusion I met a woman online in pain from a broken knee and a broken life. She lives in New York. Everyone has their own pain to live with. We are not alone, even when we feel alone.  Everything I record has a reason.  In the music is the emotion of her story. I recorded this music for her.  

It is now time for me to get my life back. My immune system is suppressed. I have rarely left my house since Feb. I teach my students over video chat. The world is different now and we don't know where it is going. That will be the story of my upcoming music.

ROWA and SANOI are the newest faces to join the Heinz Music family. Having already had a strong solo releases, the guys found each other in this musical landscape and decided to merge their forces. 
Their “Thunderbird EP” has two originals and one remix, and you quickly understand why them coming together seems meant to be. The title track is filled with slithering synths and soft percussions. Rolling forward like a wave the track lives of the swerving atmosphere underlined by a slightly darker synth, which breaks up when the beautiful piano leads into the next drop. 
“Affect” is the second track of the release, and a pulsating bassline serves the bouncing groove surrounded by mystical elements and the enchanting overlaying melodic synth.
No doubt this is a big release with the capability to free its listeners of the moment and letting them dreamaway.

Spanish DJ and producer with 20+ years experience arrives at  Asymmetric Recordings with two tasty new cuts.

Starts off with the title track 'Intergalactik', a collaboration with long time friend Bias. a brooding and hypnotic workout, with its tantalising melodics and solid mood setting bass. plenty of energy and drive and an air of seriousness shrouding proceedings.

Label boss Lonya steps up on remix duties, adding further sophistication. utilising the original elements but adding space and plenty of suspense, as some dramatics unfurl.

Ismael delivers a solo track here too 'Heda'. Continuing with his mystical productions techniques, here adding plenty of cool percussion and plenty of dirt. Tasty stuff!

To round things off Romania's Men-D picks up the pace, with a melodic peak time reworking, deep yet uplifting simultaneously.

Australian artist Mani joins the newly formed Interfonic label with a dark and brooding EP entitled ‘Bane’. Divided by his home in Byron Bay, Brisbane and the recently booming Sydney Underground, Mani has asserted his unique flavour of Progressive music in the dance community. 
From his early beginnings almost 8 years ago he has strived to create atmospheric, forward thinking dance music that he was introduced to on the dance floor in his early days. 
Coming a long way since his early endeavors Mani has gained support from the likes of Eric Prydz (featuring in his 2013 Essential mix), Cassian, Brodanse & Groove Armada, Kollektiv Turmstrasse, Djuma Soundsystem, Fehrplay and continues to strive forward and turn heads with his ‘Bane’ EP for the Interfonic imprint following releases from Luke Alessi and Made In Paris & Pantheon. 
‘Bane’ is the first cut and immediately combines subtle percs with eerie synth work and a patience draped in wicked sentiment. ‘Pyre’ then picks up where ‘Bane’ left off creating a DJ tool which is stapled by a nefarious bassline and an obscenely contagious arp swirling throughout creating carefully curated chaos. 
‘Sable’ then rounds off the magnificent EP with the creation of real moments tied into timbres of exquisite tension.

Wow, hadn't realised what a journey SoundCloud would take me on.  After many years of passive listening to music I've dieted on a variety of tastes. My appetite for new sounds is undiminished and SC provides plenty of food. I am not a musician and have only recently started to listen positively to the sounds.
