BIO:

Sam Albasini or widely known as Aston Alba started producing his music around at the age of 14 when he first discovered Techno. Just as soon as he was grasped by the emotional side that this sub-core of dance/electronic music has, he found his calling in this very musical lane to mark his own stamp on the international scene.
The Switzerland-based DJ/Producer takes everything—every sorrow and melancholy—within and surrounding him into the process of creating his distinctive sound which brings the listeners to the more grand, cinematic feeling that is rarely heard in mostly Techno numbers. He carefully creates an array of rich detailed instrumental sounding by fusing the essential elements of Techno with both Middle Eastern sounds and dissonant Esoteric beats and instrumentations which resulted into such hypnotizing ambient textured touch in each of his tracks to match the kind of emotion that he would like to convey through. His catalogues to date—from the EP «The Crow» and «Amon-Re» (2018), «Mesopotamia» and «Anubis» (2020) to Babel (2021) - offer you such diverse and hypnotic soundscapes that will make you get lost in your own singular journey through music. Aston Alba has indeed an ear for creating sounds that are precisely needed to express themselves until the cadence of Aston Alba’s music effortlessly shines through in every release.

Music, when created correctly has the power to separate you from reality; it is a rare power that brings infinite joy to others. Borak holds that power. This artist’s deep and eclectic style creates energetic sets that offer not only an experience for your ears, but also for your body and mind.

In Borak’s music you’ll hear the influence of his travels to Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America. His influence also comes from his early days in music when he played as lead guitarist in rock bands and as well as the time he spent as a radio host and DJ at Turkey’s Power FM.

Over the years his style has grown into a force that brings together tribal drums, distinctive vocals, emotional Eastern ballads, and dynamic bass frequencies to share with people all over the world.

The DJ career that started in Turkey took Borak across Europe and to Los Angeles where he has played on stage at some of the top festivals in the world including Burning Man. He has gained additional exposure with his recent co-acts world-renowned DJs Blondish and DJ Tennis in Los Angeles as well as Patrice Baumel at Do Not Sit Miami and with his Lightning in a Bottle 2022 set on Favela stage, which attracted the highest attendancy during for Junkyard during the festival on it's first day.
These successes have led him to create an ongoing radio show, “The Ukiyo Podcast,” which became a worldwide sensation after just 20 episodes.

By the beginning of the year 2021 Borak, evolved his DJ Sets into hybrid acts to be more expressive. With an elegant approach his guitar travels on top of the grooves that he plays while his music not losing its electronic edge.
The community that Borak has created with his music is the fire that ignites his musical spirit as he continues to grow in the United States and beyond.

Duboko Deep is passionate collector & DJ coming out of Zagreb (Croatia). His love to music started in early age. His mother and father collector’s of chanson francaise,jazz music,canzoni italiane,Sinatra,Dean Martin, soundtrack’s etc. His passion for music begins with vinyl records of disco, italo, hi-energy, Canadian disco, synth-infused, 80s music, soul …He got involved in the electronic music & house in late 80s, shortly after club music took over him. From the very beginnings Deep house was sound to which he remained most faithful, simply because it was love at the first listen! And so it continues… His musical selection is best described as pure, deep, melodic vibes which takes you “Duboko” (“Deep” in Croatian)! Trough his sets you can feel eclectic beautiful synth works, ethereal backdrops, brooding basslines, oriental sounds, and occasional vocal hooks. His music styles are open minded. He practises emotional tunes, and it does not matter whether are new or old. It is important that they raise his emotional moment which can reach out to listeners through his selections. And so it has for years, through various clubs, lounge bars, on different kinds of events like museums, beaches giving out smiles and satisfaction to his listeners. His passion for music is to explore and mix so Deep musical languages.

Im Hintergrund läuft weiter die beruhigende Musik und vermittelt mir ein Gefühl von Geborgenheit in dieser fremden Umgebung. Die neuen Besucher des Raumes stimmen in den Chorus der leisen Stimmen mit ein: „Alles ist völlig entspannt, es gibt keinen Grund dir Sorgen zu machen. Wir sind deine neuen Freunde und wollen dir eine neue Realität zeigen.“ Ihre Stimmen sind dabei so sanft und mild, als würden sie mit Engelszungen sprechen. Ich lasse mich freudestrahlend auf ihr Angebot ein und begleitete sie hinaus in eine neue Welt.

Our next guest, Schtu, a passionate electronic music artist with an expansive knowledge of a variety of different styles and genres, presents his drink of choice: the Vodka Cranberry!

Schtu was born at the start of the 90s in Sheffield, an ex-industrial city in the north of England. Always obsessed with music, he spent his teenage years playing guitar in bands and in 2010 he bought a pair of Technics 1210s and started to collect records to DJ with. Thanks to his clear dedication to the craft, the gigs quickly began to flow in and he was soon resident at several club nights, usually playing drum & bass.
In 2012 he discovered - and immediately fell in love with - the Berlin house & techno scene, and a year later moved there to further evolve his own style. 

He started producing his own music soon after, and has since gone on to release on established labels such as URSL, Connaisseur Recordings and Laut & Luise, receiving DJ support on his tracks from scene heavyweights such as Adriatique, Frankey & Sandrino, Super Flu and Adana Twins.

2021 then saw the launching of Schtu’s own label - Casomat, with the debut release (Schtu - ‘Siberian Express EP’) receiving a 10/10 review from German print magazine Faze Mag. He’s since gone on to feature artists such as Murat Uncuoglu, Aldebaran, Johannes Klingebiel and Deckert on the label.

More recently, Schtu has now added a live-set to his arsenal, with the debut performance being filmed at Grabowsee by production crew Berlin Brothers (link to video below).

2023 will see him continue doing what he loves most - writing music, collecting records and making people dance. Armed with a healthy collection of analogue gear he now has both the tools and the talent to step up his game and take his music to the next level.
