SelfishBoy is the alter ego for mexican DJ Jesús Cagigal who is based in Puebla, Mexico. Jesús has been mixing and collecting music since he was 15 years old, blending and evolving his style between different genres and sounds. 

He is mainly identified as an avant-garde and flexible artist with a storytelling theme that has stablished a name in the local scene. He is a key member of the Immersions and the Inlakech party concepts who are dominant in the region´s electronic music scene.

Although we are publishing @bonjourben’s set on the first day of fall, it’s certainly more about summer, or rather about the memories it left, which vary from person to person but are nonetheless from the same days, that will keep us warm in winter, springing to our minds and making us smile in secret. Those days will seem so distant but so close at the same time, reminding us of the time when the sun and the moon would replace each other over and over again. Those memories will also be about the days we had last summer and are going to have next year, maybe different for each of us, but still long enough for the sun to unexpectedly wake us up in the morning and for us to be unwilling to go to bed at night.

P.S. Träume [tʀɔɪ̯mə] is a German word that means “dreams”.

This is a raw recording from my sunrise set Lapa Stage, Envision Festival, Costa Rica. 22.02.2020.
Lots of oldies from previous sets in this one, but numerous requests and everything else about this morning has made it one for the books. 
Most of the animal sounds you can hear in the set was recorded up in the jungle where we stayed for a week.

Last year at Burning Man I finally managed to experience the incredible Camp Never Sleep Again. From the decor, music and the hospitality of the camp members, I immediately fell in love with it. Most of my friends were on the lineup, and it was a joy to connect with them, but also making a lot of new friendships. I'm looking forward to next year's burn, where you will most likely find me hugging people at Camp Never Sleep Again. 

Today's journey is all about melancholia, all about hugging the person next to you, while you close your eyes. Passion, love and intimacy. Listen to this journey as you recollect sweet memories....close your eyes and dream of future higher vibrations.

Scorpios resident Malin Linnéa is a Stockholm-born DJ, sound practitioner and music producer. She started her career with Ministry of Sound in London, touring all over the world from Europe to Africa and Asia. In more recent years she has shared decks with the likes of Mira, WhoMadeWho, YokoO, Bedouin, Blond:ish, Audiofly, Damian Lazarus and many more.

After 10 years of being based in London she is currently splitting her time between the British capital and Mexico City. In the past few years Malin also studied sound healing with Tony Nec at London Academy of Sound Healing. The summer of 2020 she was leading sound meditations at the Soho Roc House in Mykonos alongside DJ-ing at Scorpios. Malin is currently spending her time in studio working on new sounds.
