This track was co-written by xskarma and the super talented Frannie B and features the vocals of Frannie B.  The track is a blend of trip hop and downtempo indie electronica. Influenced by bands like Portishead, Lamb, Morcheeba, and Hooverphonic, with pop vocal influences such as Lana del Ray and Laurel. It deals with the struggle that athletes go through to reach the top of their sport, and how determination prevails above all else.

See It Through

The origins of this track are rooted in 90's trip-hop. The drums have a crunchy lilt and wavy filtered feel and much of the instrumentation is influenced by retro sounds of the 90’s. But the hook has a more modern pop feel and the vocal performance gives it an indie pop vibe.  

This track was co-written with the super talented artist ‘Frannie B’  and features her amazing vocals. Frannie is a fast growing electropop sensation who has experienced rapid fan growth and streaming success having caught a wave on TikTok in early 2021.

This track features the vocals of 'glasscat'.  The inspiration came from a glitchy drum part I heard on a Timbaland track. I then played the live drum track as an evolution of that and built the beat around that.The lyrics are all about the unspoken darkness in a relationship and how a partner can seem distant and distracted, living in a parallel universe.

I wrote this song by imaging Chinese historical drama OSTs or a man doing Tai-Chi on the top of a sacred mountain.
It took a long time to write it because I have learned Harmony and Counterpoint though I got rough ideas of the song 6 months ago.
