"Finalista" is my musical love letter to the contrasting worlds of Madrid's urban buzz and the tranquil embrace of Portugal's ocean vistas. Living in big city, I find myself yearning for the calming presence of the ocean, a longing intensified by my recent journey to Portugal. There, amidst the breathtaking landscapes and the warm hospitality of its people, I found endless inspiration.

As I navigated the vibrant streets of Madrid, the memories of Portugal lingered, reminding me of the enriching encounters and the sense of connection shared with my fellows. In Portugal, I reminded myself that regardless of our backgrounds or achievements, we are all "finalistas" in our own unique ways — champions of our journeys, bound by a shared sense of enlightenment and resilience.

With this compilation I aim to blend the energy of Madrid's bustling streets with the serenity of Portugal's oceanic beauty, creating a musical fusion that reflects my personal experiences and aspirations. About this journey:
Sinfonía Lunar - a sonic compilation in honour of our beautiful & ever-present planetary companion. Always looking so utterly beautiful in all of her diverse appearances. While affecting so much of our daily lives with many of us not even consciously noticing what I appreciate most about her is the cyclic energy she delivers. Initiating as well as terminating different periods. This mix was recorded during the New Moon in the beginning of October and represents not only the shift into a new lunar cycle but also the slow shift from the super dynamic & high energy summer season into the shorter, slower and cosier days of autumn and winter. It’s time to decelerate and journey into oneself. Let’s reflect and process all that happened during the spring & summer months of 2024. Continually riding the smooth wave of 94 BPM, this mix is a trip through some very hypnotic, deep and organic downtempo that genuinely affected me all throughout the year and especially recently. ✘ ...and maybe could you tell us more how did you get into the music cooking pot?
When I turned three years old my aunt gifted me a yellow cassette radio with a microphone and I carried it everywhere and was singing and recording all the time. Since then it was my biggest dream to be on stage and sing. With 8 I started to play accordeon for eight years. I didn’t really grow up in a surrounding that supported my creativity and then as a teenager somehow I was only singing for myself and I couldn’t sing in front of people anymore - I guess I just thought I am not good enough. I studied marketing and set foot in the business world. In 2017 I moved to bali and was living there back and forth until I moved to vienna in 2023. In bali I found my biggest passion again, that I was hiding for many years: music. I started to sing again and also decided to go back to university to study “electronic music and sound design”. Since 2023 I am DJing and also producing. I am surrounded by amazing, passionate musicians now and couldn’t be happier and proud of myself that I was courageous enough to walk this path. It is like a new, colourful world opening up and I am super grateful for everything that I am learning :)
