The happiest of New Years to all of the Honcho family! We have a lot great artists lined up for 2022 and we're excited to kick things off with Lisbon's @joedelon. Joe’s greatest satisfaction comes from linking the most vivid elements of dance music’s past with the best of its vibrant present to create moments of pure pop catharsis.  

Joe has put in the work and built several platforms for himself such as  his long-running show Flamingo on Lisbon’s Rádio Quântica and his record label Welt Discos.

After 2021’s highly acclaimed compilation ‘Silk Road: Journey of the Armenian Diaspora: 1971 - 1982’ on Terrestrial Funk, he’s about to drop his debut album Synthetic Instincts – and celebrates its release here with a session behind the Juno Daily decks.

"So I’ve been in and out of Southeast and Eastern Asia a lot this year and the end of last year and as mentioned before, the music I have heard coming out of there has definitely been an eye opening experience, showcasing sounds that are quite rare. This mix is comprised of a lot of sounds I’ve heard coming from friends and peers in these areas from Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Cambodia, and Japan. "
