The track Liberación came about after hearing the original version whilst vacationing in the Dominican Republic. I was doing a live set that evening and thought an edit of the track would be great to include!

When I returned to London I developed it more and got in touch with a good friend back in DR who put me in direct contact with Kinito Mendez. I jumped straight on a call with him, played him the track and he loved it!

It didn’t take long to decide what label would be best suited for it so I wasted no time and sent it to the main man, Pablo Fierro. He loved it and went as far as calling it a masterpiece!
