The concept for this SoundTrack originated with having recalled my initial fascination for the tune accompanying 
the "Alfred Hitchcock Presents" television show, 
"Funeral March of a Marionette" by Charles Gounod:

Gounod's score was written in 6/8 time,
so I followed that recipe throughout 
when piecing this tune together as well.
And as I am prone to do,
I have included in the opening bars
an homage to Gounod's haunting piece of mastery.

Soar Into The Sky

The Astronaut awakens at the foot of the monolith. Equipped with the monolith's obsidian stone and a renewed sense of purpose, The Astronaut returns to their ship, setting a new course bound straight for The Nebula.
