Len Lewis already a regular on the infamous UK Tech House Label Swag Records, and a deep back catalog of trusted DJ gems spanning back to the '90s.

Lurking through material produced between 1990 - 2004, Deep Sleep Robot returns with another throwback excavating some of the rarest finds. The second chapter of the series, a Various Artist four-track EP, we are dusting off some timeless cuts from the archives of Ronin, Johan Bacto, Van Delta, and Dav. 

On the A side, Ronin (aka. J. Axel) the man behind countless timeless releases on PlackTown Sounds, Plastic City, Driftwood, and Everyday brings us “Mysterious City”, classic Ronin material here, deep blissed out tech-house with a superb bassline. Joining on the same side we have Johan Bacto (aka. Johan Svensson) a Swedish producer and the man behind labels such as PlackTown Sounds, Everyday, Mankind, Zync, Countdown 2000, bringing us a real belter “Takemountain”. This is a reunion of the two tracks if you will, crafted and released on the legendary PlackTown Sounds imprint 24 years ago, just as fresh now as it was back then. 

On the flip side Van Delta (aka. Christopher Bleckmann & Hannes Wenner) a German duo responsible for some very forward thinking House, Tech-House and Downtempo on labels such as Groove Attack Productions, M_Nus, Archipel, and Krush Grooves, bring us a nostalgic trip from 1999 with “Adjust”, featuring spacy and hypnotic keys with a solid bass line building up the tension slowly but steadily, in turn creating something timeless. Joining on the same side we have Dav (aka. Davor Stosic) a Croatian artist with a slew of  superb releases on labels such as B+Positive, Cove Recordings, and Sensei that always ended up in the Swag Record shop charts in the late 90's and early 2000's. Dav brings us “Flight”, a fantastic example of late 90’s tech-house vibe. A drum workout followed by gorgeous and hypnotic soundscape, while layers slowly build up, giving the track an almost otherworldly feeling.
