All’s well that ends well. It was a difficult year and it wasn’t easy to get the label through the hard times. But we are here and the show must go on. We will keep working harder to have releases on a higher level. 

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all the artists for their great work in 2021. We have amazing EPs and quality tracks in this year's catalog.

And finally we wish you MERRY XMAS and HAPPY NEW YEAR with our last release this year.

Our label artist Tibor Dragan presents the year closing release. We have 2 amazing organic house tracks for you. Epic sounds from Tibor for the dreamers. We can easily say Tibor has developed a lot, but you will feel this on his works for sure!

We've created a little trick with the titles: 
The 1st track ‘Dream On’ helps us to keep our dreams for the future. 

The second one ‘Holding You’ represent the symbolical meaning of keeping the amazing community close around the label. 

And don’t forget, Zenebona is about the magic that music brings into our life.

Pedro Sanmartin makes a welcome return to Loot Recordings for his first proper single with us. The Spanish born, Norway-based producer delivers three diverse quality tracks that includes remixes from Death On The Balcony and Tuba Twooz.
The opening track “Melting Pot” is a dub-influenced slow burner that clocks in at 115 BPMs. Dubby guitar riffs are accompanied by swelling synth pads and twinkling pianos that sets the tone for the journey ahead. The perfect opener.
Diving into the titled track “Dysania”, its a mesmerizing affair of deep house with a bouncing bassline layered with modular synths and emotional strings. The Death On The Balcony remix increases the energy and remains true to the original with epic strings, dreamy melodies and spoken vocal samples peppered throughout the track.
Tuba Twooz deliver a remix that’s a pure dance floor weapon, loaded with twists and turns of potent synth stabs and a throbbing bassline designed for those hands in the air moments.
Closing the release is “Chanking”, a slice of chunky house music that’s driven by big synth stabs, thundering drums and powerful buildups that dramatically increase the tension during all the right moments.

Just a very calm jazz-blues inspired deep house groove composed in Logic Pro. This track uses mostly Wurli and Rhodes-style presets for the synth leads, some from Xfer Serum 2, and some built into Logic directly.

Next up on John Digweed’s forward-thinking Bedrock label is an exceptional single-track release from a key member of the Hamburg-based Diynamic collective – Holger Behn aka H.O.S.H.

‘Lunchtime’ with its infectious, restrained, inexorable upward trajectory is a masterpiece that bides its time.  Nothing is rushed, the pace is perfect, the arrangement sublime.  The complex interplay of percussive parts becomes an integral melodic element, underpinned with the rising swell of deep bass pads, steadily building towards a euphoric breakdown before re-launching into a heavenly final movement of blissful magnificence. 

It is no wonder that ‘Lunchtime’ is such a master-class of musical brilliance, because H.O.S.H. is a DJ who values the art of mixing records and sequencing journeys - preferably long ones - over anything else.  Anyone who has been witness to his DJ sets played during his gigs on every continent over the last few years would be unlikely to disagree.  His lengthy sessions behind the decks have afforded him an exceptional, invaluable insight into exactly what works best on the world’s finest dancefloors.
