We’re excited to introduce Giorgi Mumladze, better known as Deeptraveller, a representative of the booking waves music platform. Giorgi started his journey in electronic music and DJing in 2018. His first project, Nvsession, resulted in the release of several albums and solo tracks. In January 2024, he launched Deeptraveller, a new project aimed at exploring a diverse range of sounds, including House, Ambient, Jazz, and Electronics.

As we hit the 10th release on the day by day series, we have a special two part vinyl with our first one featuring four special tracks to spice up your record bag.

Starting off the release is MPEG's 'Datetime', a playful and uplifting tune that's sure to perk up any dance floor!

A2 gets a bit deeper and darker with Sasha Nevolin’s ‘Tears at Rave’. With acidic arpeggios breathing through your sound system, this is a perfect track to transition into your trancier moments!

On the B side, Seo John's 'Circuit of Light' takes listeners on a mid-tempo progressive journey that beautifully blends the elements of acid, techno, and trance. Be sure to fasten your seatbelts for this one!

To close out the release, Nvsession delivers an atmospheric journey filled with moody breaks and arpeggios! Perfect for your after-hours or home listening!

Levan Grdzelidze is a Tbilisi-based artist and producer, active since 2020. His sound blends 90s house and progressive house, delivering rhythmic and nostalgic energy. As one of the co-founders of Glipsy Records, he plays a key role in shaping Tbilisi’s underground club scene with his unique vision and dynamic sets.

Giorgi Mumladze, known as Deeptraveller, is a Georgian musician, producer, DJ, and live performer. His musical career began in 2018 when he founded his first project, Nvsession. After years of development and growth, he decided to split his musical vision into two distinct projects, leading to the creation of Deeptraveller—a project that incorporates genres such as House, Deep, Dub, Minimal, Jazz, and more.

Since 2015, Krzysztof Urbański has been principal guest conductor of the NDR Symphony Orchestra in Hamburg, one of the leading German orchestras. They are currently preparing together the inauguration in January 2017 of Hamburg’s new concert hall, the Elbphilharmonie, a major musical event in Germany with which Alpha Classics will be associated. Krzysztof Urbański is also music director of the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra and principal guest conductor of the Tokyo Symphony Orchestra. A resolutely international career for a young conductor who recently earned praise from the Chicago Tribune for ‘his keen musical instincts and vigorous way of translating his ideas into orchestral sound that has both shape and meaning’.
For this first recording, he was keen to celebrate a great composer, one of the most eminent of the twentieth century and a Pole like himself, who, like Stravinsky, Bartók, Berg, Prokofiev and Shostakovich, gloried in the sound material of the orchestra and displayed boundless imagination. Though less well known than his illustrious colleagues for the moment, Lutosławski amply deserves to meet a wider public, for his music can speak as directly to connoisseurs as to simple music-lovers. We hope that this programme will help to further his reputation.
