The third release in our Break 3000 revisited classics series are four songs from the period 1998-2002. The opening track here is the banging remix Break 3000 made for the German "Pocketgame" label back in 2003, previously only available on a limited picture disc vinyl. The second track "Last Emotion" is from an earlier period, probably around '99, and was never released before. We carefully recovered it from the DAT tapes for you. The last two tracks were released on "Casa Nova", a one off label that Break 3000 started for his own productions back in 1999. Both these tracks were only available on vinyl up to now and are sounding much nicer with fresh mastering. 

All tracks were carefully re-mastered by Salz Mastering in Cologne.

Break 3000 | Last Emotion | Electron Feel

An EP of limbo-inducing squelch courtesy of our good friends Latrec aka Andy Bainbridge and Serious Hots, ft. techno flavoured remixes from Bristolian pal Remotif & our very own Matt Cowell & Johnny Aux as The W.C. Enjoy. 

In the furthest reaches of the cosmos, the intergalactic community gathers for the annual Kutika Limbo finals. 

Reigning champion Latrec draws the first straw and the percussion rolls excitedly as he steps up to the pole. Kutika glides lithely under the bar, tentacles wobbling to the acid rhythm. He celebrates his victory as the crowd chants in a glitchy alien dialect. “Kutika-tika-tika-tika!” 

Second in line, Latrec’s younger brother Dub Mix steps up for his first limbo. Shorter and stockier than his brother, we don’t know what to expect from this one. Once again the percussion rolls, the crowd gasps as his squidgy exoskeleton melts before their eyes, reforming on the other side of the bar - ‘blooooop’. The crowd goes wild “Kut-Kut!” 

Next up is The W.C. Events take a strange turn as they forgo the competition, instead they walk to the stage to sweep the band aside, hijacking control of the instruments. Heavy percussive hits twist spacetime with material melting bass throbs. The crowd goes wild as the fabric of reality collapses around them.  

Last but by no means least is Remotif, a techno unit resembling a giant cluster of biceps stands staring at the limbo pole, chaos erupting around him. The tempo of the percussion rises in anticipation and acid thunder roars in the background. Remotif picks up the bar, blinks, and hurls it off into the furthest reaches of the galaxy never to be seen again.

Like a huddle of stony-faced penguins, the slew of suited men and women made their way into the room, settling into their seats as the indistinct chatter slowly fell to silence. What came out of this meeting would decide the fate of many people; people that these largely heatless bunch knew little about, or cared little for. It was a tale as old as time, one that everybody knew like the back of their hand - they were all waiting for a new chapter to be written...

For their first outing of the year, London duo Kassian welcome Hypercolour co-founder and STEDITS boss Ste Roberts to the Faux Poly family. Known for his deep, rhythmic productions on his plethora of labels, and more recently as Adam & Steve alongside pal and Trouble Maker main man Adam Curtain, Ste now takes a more introspective direction on this new outing, in part down to the circumstances it was created in. Made in his brand new studio after his daughter Eliza was born - which is also the name of this new EP - the intricate techno and electro tracks mark a period where he was making each moment count when it came to his creative workflow.

The 5th release from Drifted comes through featuring Anna Wall & Corbi who have collaborated for DR005 and it's a banger.

The release opens with the title track, "Satellite", a thumping 4×4 style club cut that immediately sets the tone for the rest of the EP. This track has a relentless beat that will keep the club jumping. "XTC" follows on the A2, a composition that showcases true rave textures. On the flip side, "Mind Sweeper" is a real bad boy that is sure to melt the dance floor. Rounding off this latest output on the London based imprint is "Basement Damage", a beautiful atmospheric design with fierce break drums.

This EP is a true testament to the power of collaboration and creativity in the world of electronic music.

After 3 years, we are proudly releasing our second V.A. Deepseries after the previous success of the first. These tracks were collected over past years and now they join together on this outstanding atmospheric EP. 
Ruffien kicks off with his beloved track ‘Old Ways’, a deep, emotional rave track, which was previous unreleased on vinyl. Second up, a familiar face; Mathijs Smit. After working in the Deeptrax recordstore for 3 years he is releasing his track ‘Binary Life’, heavy in bass with emotionally layered firm strings. Finally the last track of the A side is from one of our favorites; Tim Jackiw. After his beautiful album, he contributes to Deeptrax Records for the second time with ‘Prophet Class’- a fresh and vibrant 313 house tune! 

On the B side we begin with some deep mysterious minimal rhythms, Lo-Fi beats and metallic percussion by Rich P & Lee with ‘Runnin Solo’. For the big finish, the last track of this EP is the very emotional track ‘Mirror tells stories’. We instantly fell in love with this jazzy acid track when Hamatsuki sent it to us a few years ago. Finally it has found its place
