Tommy Janos, better known by his artist name Tommy Rockz or Destruction Derby, is a German DJ/Producer and Event Manager, born on June 30, 1984, in Satu Mare, Romania and has Hungarian roots. At the age of 6 he moved with his family to Germany and has been living in the Dortmund region in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia ever since.

Tommy Rockz is primarily known for his main style, Hardtechno/Schranz. With his high-energy music and powerful beats and basslines, he's made a name for himself in the Hardtechno/Schranz scene, both as a solo artist and as part of the duo Destruction Derby.

His career as a DJ began in 2004 when he started playing his first vinyl records and performing in local clubs in Iserlohn, Dortmund, and surrounding areas. Inspired by the hard and driving music of Hardtechno/Schranz and Techno, he started producing and releasing his own tracks in 2007, establishing himself in the local club scene.

Over the years, Tommy Rockz has performed in many renowned international and national clubs and festivals. His sets are characterized by an energetic blend of hard beats, driving rhythms and pulsating basslines that keep the audience energized on the dance floor.

As a producer, Tommy Rockz has released several tracks and remixes under Destruction Derby and also under his own name, Tommy Rockz, which has received recognition from various Hardtechno/Schranz labels. His productions are distinguished by their distinctive features, including powerful kick drums, fast tempos, dark atmospheres, driving snares and diverse crazy effects.

Currently, Tommy Rockz is primarily active as a DJ and is also involved in the event scene within the Hardtechno/Schranz community, collaborating with different organizers and providing advisory support.

With his unique style and passion for Hardtechno/Schranz, Tommy Rockz remains a well-known artist in the Hardtechno/Schranz scene. His performances and sets promise captivating and intense club experiences, transporting the audience into a world of hard pushing beats and energetic music.
