Worker of a moist but textured industrial techno, ABSL walks us through the BPM. He makes a point of ensuring that both his lives and productions exude a breath-less, bubbling narrative. Crazy sound design technician, his abyssal and spatia-lized sounds are the subject of a meticulousness - bordering on insanity. Finally, his quest for an unusual sound brings him closer to artists such as Blawan, AphexTwin and even Rrose, in his psycho-acoustic approach

Sobre a artista:

Ana Carolina Schmeling, nascida no Rio de Janeiro e cria de Floripa, deu início ao seu projeto Sassy demonstrando toda sua habilidade em mesclar vocais hipnotizantes, melodias atmosféricas e linhas de baixo expressivas. 

Com sets que predominam as vertentes do techno em mixagens progressivas, Sassy começa o ano de 2023 com sua primeira apresentação no festival Universo Paralello.  Conquistou entusiastas da cena em Floripa com sets marcantes ao encerrar eventos de rua como o CarnaHouse e Trip to Deep, além de uma inesquecível tour com 3 datas pela Argentina. 

Em 2024, Sassy retornou ao UP para se apresentar na pista Sinkro, coletivo de São Paulo. Por fim, Sassy teve a alegria de estrear no RJ, sua cidade natal, se apresentando na festa dos coletivos cariocas MOTIM e Techno Sessions no Carnaval. 

Com seu carisma, versatilidade e sede contínua por conhecimento, Sassy persiste em deixar sua marca na música.

SAMA is the next artist featured in the Artaphine Series. The Dutch producer and DJ focuses on sound design and solid groove to craft techno with an emotional edge. His distinctive approach caught the attention of Secret Cinema and, more recently, Rødhåd — leading to a contribution on one of the WSNWG Various Artist EPs and a feature in Rødhåd’s Fabric mix.

This set showcases the art of an opening performance: a slow, deliberate build using minimalist elements to create an atmosphere that carries the crowd into the early hours — recorded at Club BASIS in Utrecht.

major labels like Token, Polegroup, Eaux, Semantica, Warp, and Northern Electronics, her productions are enriched with experimental resonances.

From a young age, Benabou developed a strong
affinity for the fluid sounds of jazz, soul, and
psychedelic music, which naturally led her to infuse
her tracks with ambience and ethereal synths,
creating a dark, hypnotic atmosphere.

60th episode of HEX Transmission, and tonight we welcome a rising talent of the French scene: JKS. His energetic sets, charged with trance and rave influences, transmit a high intensity that only very few are able to. With his own label Molekül, he has released true ravey bombs that have been a staple of international Techno artists like Kobosil, I Hate Models or SHDW & Obscure Shape for a long time. 

Along with his label partner Mayeul, Valentin makes up the live duo ‘Jawbreakers’, a name that perfectly fits what to expect during a set from the two artists. A regular in the Paris warehouse rave scene, and building his way up around the best European clubs and festivals, now let’s listen to what JKS has in store for HEX.
