The first saturday in April 2025 i was booked to play the only DnB set of the night at Naf Revival, featuring world traveling house music bosses Dj Heather and Colette. My set time was 3 - 4am. This was a recorded practice session for my recent set at Breakbeat BBQ in Los Angeles and I selected tracks that really spoke to me. I hope that the vibes and lyrics in some of the tracks are cathartic in releasing the pressure from tensions our world is facing. It’s a thoughtful combo of beauty, darkness, profound radical self expression and powerful messages that take the words right out of my mouth. I had such a good time putting this together and I don’t really feel like censoring any imperfections or re-recording it, so I hope you enjoy this mix I made in real time as is, knowing that it was my one and only take. Time is of the essence, so I'm choosing progress over perfection and letting the music do some much needed preaching.
