Done a feature last year for a friend name T.Houze for his project called "Midnight Season" which was released in June 2021. This song is called "So Gone" produced by K.Cobra. When I written my two verses it took about a month to complete it and record my parts. It was told this song was top 5 off the project. It wasn't easy writing it but it still proves I ain't lost my strength nor pen game. Thought it was nice if I post this song cause I ain't post nothing new in a few years.

Another great feature I done for one my buds in Hip-Hop name Switch and the song is called "Love's Never Perfect" on his brand new EP called "Unheard Echoes" that was released December 31, 2023! We never had a chance to make a song together since we met on MySpace back in late 2009/ early 2010! As the years went on we both had our issues and situations we were going through to not have the time nor the communication as much. But better late than never, the song was being written and recorded throughout the summer of 2023. My verse I believe took a month to do and record my vocals when I had the chance. The song is basically about love not being perfect in relationships that me and him are both in with our significant others. Along with past situations before with other women before our relationships now that shaped us who we are. Switch himself was very happy of the verse I sent out, and finally had a Definite D verse that took alongtime to have. We did it and looking forward to make more music for ya'll! Now this song is really personal and dear to an elderly lady I used to look after while working at nursing home as a housekeeper. She is still alive today, it was first a freestyle then turned into a song. It took me from mid 2013 to last month of this year to write the whole song together it was very complicated but I think I pulled it out just fine! Around 2013 I found EarthQuake on facebook and he remember who I was and I had a beat from Anno Domini and asked if he's tryna make our collab track. I said I already had a song I just need another verse. He said he was down and around 2 months we got the song completed officially! This song was made just almost 2 years ago! Hey folks! Just thought I give ya another joint from the mixtape that will be releasing soon enough! I got help with the hook from Lady Breezy. Another female artist hailed from Kentucky, asked her to write a hook for me and be featured and she did her job! Shout-Out to Da Cypha too on the beat! I have so many beats I download from him from like 5 years ago lol! 

But anyway...This song was written back in 2010 when I was going through rough times! I wanted to make a story about a young man name Joey that's in school playing basketball but still in the street life of hustling and robbing.  His mother don't know he's outhere doing these things, the only person that don't know. His boss man is name Sugar Daddy, a drug kingpin in his hood that he works for. He has a girlfriend name Anyla that he love with all his heart, now is pregnant with his child! When one of the policeman at his school name Officer John Wall see's Joey living wrong and crooked of the lifestyle of being on the street and playing ball? He quickly confronts him letting him know the real and what would happen if he don't stop.  Him and Joey are real cool and he's just looking out for him. Will Joey listen to John Wall? Will he stop doing what he doing for his mother and his girl and child? I know I made a mistake on the 2nd verse saying "Officer Hall" meaning "Officer Wall" lol!

I remember the day before I was going through shit at home around November 2014 and got put out for a couple of days. I ain't had nowhere to go so my grandma told me I can stay here for a few days til everything cooled down. And I was just so angry so mad the next day..I had my recording equipment over there and decide to record the song! I had so much anger I realized on that track it was amazing and so real! Cause I was just so stressed out and just pissed at everything in life.

This song is one of my greatest works period! The song was developed in mid 2013 to mid 2014 and recorded late of that year! 21 to 23 years old. It talks about the events I have gone through after 2009 to now! Losing jobs on and off, friends betraying me, getting robbed, uncle's motorcycle accident and women stringing me along leaving me damaged and broken. Definitely a song that people could relate to that ever been through stressed, depression and heart broken. - Definite D

Since I loved the first one I done 4 years ago which was for a woman in North Carolina I met through family down there? I felt like I had to do it again but this time a remix about a woman I been friends with for 4 to almost 5 years from social network.  I gotten close and attached to her, but at the sametime I felt like what's the point of keeping in contact if we can't see each other? On and off, off and on I was tired of it and realize she really ain't felt the same I do and found out she's seeing somewhere on her side where she lives. I decide to cut ties with her last year around Christmas Day. And since then I try not to think about her but every now and then it still gets to me. I recorded my first verse around early 2015 a year and a half ago after I done the first one with just only me on it. It was hard for me to find a female rapper to join me doing a second verse! Lucky Dizzy Fenom lend an amazing verse for me and she pretty much killed it! I played it a few times and people told me she did better than me lmao! Hopefully others will say I done my thing too lol! It wasn't mastered at first but luckily my homette MurdaMegz tried her absolute best to make it sound studio quality! And put a sample of Gang Starrs "Love Sick" to make it more greateer! I thank her so much and I love my friend for that very much! Hopefully you guys will love this remix!
