Massive release for you all this week from man like @donsurf - a name you may well recognise, having made an instant impact on the scene earlier this year with a first release on EC2A (alongside Bakey) that sold out almost instantly!

This track is a brilliantly wonky dancefloor destroyer, stylistically sitting somewhere between breaks & UKG (with notes of other influences too). It’s packed with twists & turns, with a really interesting structure that keeps the energy building throughout.

We’re honoured to have him on board, Charlie is a seriously impressive producer & just generally lovely guy who is bound to have big things coming. If you didn’t already know - now you do!

Gibbin’s ‘Bad Club Etiquette’ is exactly what it says on the tin, a boisterous track featuring a vocal sample shouting out bad behaviour. This month’s instalment in the MEFD series is brought to us by @joekoshin . Lonely Hearts Dub cautiously weaves its way over the dance floor before its snappy breaks and pumping bass push the mixer’s LEDs assertively into the red. 

Weathered analogue synths contrast against the song’s iron-handed drum track and menacing bass line which makes for an atmospheric journey into the realms of Joe Koshin’s electronic explorations.
