A couple months ago I found myself pondering, “What would a 2020 DJ Danyo remix sound like?” Long story short, I ended up remaking one my favorite remixes of his. I chose this song because it just makes me feel good no matter what. It has just the right amount of “happy-go-lucky” without making it overly cheesy. 
Now I’m far from a great remixer/producer, but this project did teach me two things: 1) Patience & 2) Danyo was a mad genius when it came to chopping tracks. Though I could not recreate his mix beat for beat, I did try my best to create one that would honor him. There are a couple samples from his original mix that I incorporated into this new iteration, in essence, his remix lives within this one. 
I want to share this with all of you in hopes that it will bring a little more happiness to your days and to share a little piece of a great man that left too soon.  I just miss my friend Daniel Schungel Truong.
