this is a track i did for a pretty rad dub step producer that's big on the belly dance scene. He goes by the name of maduro. The original is a track of his side project "Luminous Dials" "dial tones"   this remix will be featured on the up and coming maduro release "Reveries"  be sure to check me out. This song was a collaborative effort with vocalist Lorrie Rivers. I wanted to produce a track that would complement her vocal style. Erring to the early influences of electronic down tempo acts such as Portishead and Massive Attack. Jazzy airy vocs with a touch of modern processing supported by heavy bass and rhythmic modulation.

This was Deft keys' submission to the Amanda Palmer remix competition.. Although it didn't win It was still a pretty fun and interesting track. This piece somehow managed to get the attention of Diplo at Maddecent... Ha shameless self promotion, does it exist?  I should probably do a spin off this mix, what do you guys think??
