Anyways. she has finally been pulled out of w.i.p hell this is her... "final" vb... kinda....
IF I change anything from this point on it will simply be an update. But there's no plan to add more pitches or anything major. I want to focus on making new voicebanks instead of just trying to patch up a broken one.

The major differences are some end breaths being changed to "xR", some lines re-record and 3 more whisper pitches.
Else, I fixed some parts of the oto and the majority of the frequency files are rendered now.

The old vb is still up for download if anyone prefers it for some reason.
