On Feb 20th, 2021 i did my first 8 hour set on a rooftop venue above Inflation Nightclub. To me, this is the DJ's equivalent of running a marathon and something I'd always wanted to do. I did the full 8 hours on vinyl, i decusion i would later regrete lol #mentalfatigue 

Anyhow - SoundClub won't allow 8 hour uploads so I've split it up into two and this is part two. This one continues with the late 90's classic Trance before moving into some Tech Trance and a 3 hour block of Hard Trance classics where i was joined by Tonka for some 'Tonka & T2' action as well as a cameo from Mater Kaos.

DaNKz (formerly DeJaN) is a DJ/Producer based out of Sydney, Australia.

Starting off in the mid 2000’s playing house in some of Sydney’s best landmark venues such as the infamous Tank, Home, Ruby Rabbit, Dragonfly and many more, his focus then shifted into Trance & Progressive. In 2009 DeJaN entered and a national DJ competition run by notorious international event organisers, Godskitchen and won the prize of opening set, mainstage at Godskitchen Boombox in Sydney’s iconic Hordern Pavilion. 

This was the catalyst to ultimately  cementing residency for Sydney's leading Trance & Progressive promoters Genesis which led to supporting gigs for some of the biggest artists in the world such as Paul van Dyk, Simon Patterson, Bryan Kearney, Cosmic Gate, Rank 1, Aly & Fila, The Thrillseekers, Solarstone, MaRLo and many more.

With an established resume spanning across nearly 20 years, including his Distorted Reality & Tranceport compilations, extended sets, huge anthem mashups and multiple featured sets on Afterhours.fm 'End Of Year Countdown' and Northside Radio, DaNKz has now merged his love for all genres focused on deep, progressive, tech, house, trance and everything in between.
