On the northern tip of Africa, the repetitive percussion of groovy tribal drumming permeates the Tunisian streets. These native sounds have long echoed throughout the continent and carry with them a heritage that stretches back across generations, and time itself. Kaisar Mhamdi’s story is firmly embedded within this ancient landscape. His belief is that long before Techno was born in Detroit, Techno has been taking place in Africa. Not through sophisticated electronic devices but through traditional hand made drums and indigenous chanting. Embodying this age-old energy, his dynamic style takes its cue from this past and his present. Effortlessly gliding between experimental and funky four to the floor sound perspectives. Conjuring wild atmospheres and whole states of resonance through precise elements, he ensures a complete astral journey. This unic skillset has not gone unnoticed and has resulted in releases on the likes of Moscow's @bprecs, Romanian label @Aforisme, and imprints @GEMiNiiRecords & @Danzha. All laying the groundwork for his debut LP, which is forthcoming soon on The Aviary.

We've given ROOT permission to unleash his full creative might, so we're proud to feature this monstrous 3HR mix featuring 100% of his own solo material. Produced between April & July this year.

Curiosity comes in many forms and Marinov managed to make it into a full time passion, in many music related fields. In the early 90’s it came in the form of cassettes’, morphing into CD’s and, eventually, the best that digital could provide. Only after going through music in almost all forms, the decision was made regarding the one that will go further in this journey: vinyl. Still, the curiosity remains and fuels the creative process further. Sounds, beats and rhythms’ are masterfully put together, complementing each mood, heartbeat and life moment.

Newborn project Guguanco come straight from the vibrant South American. Aimed to spread an avant-garde approach to the native rhythms, the label will focus on delivering the perfect blend of old-fashion and brand underground stuff, giving the chance to both affirmed producers and rising talents to show off their skills. From micro-house to more experimental music not intended for the dancefloor, Santiago de Chile-based Guaguanco will take you on a trip between ancestral rhythms, tribal percussions and an unmistakable Latin flavour.

The first EP comes under the name of “Trawun” and it’s a 4-tracker VA which includes South America natives Cahuin (Gianni and Fco Martinez from Santiago de Chile), Manglus, Latuaro Scavuzzo (Rosario, Argentina) and his fellow colleague and friend Guillermo De Caminos.

Then the war was in the Soviet clubs in my life and parties, in the Omen in Frankfurt Dorian Gray U60311, but I found the war in the Palazzo in Bingen. But a visit to the Love Parade was also a must. Of course, the music doesn't stop there, the man left standing other ways a lot of private parties thrown up new music directions. Of which Dub Techno Rominimal Minimal Microhouse Deep Techno Lots of new projects are also live streams and nice things also visual effects are a lot on the list. Enjoy
