Another year, another opportunity to shed light on such a serious and personal cause that affects so many of us in this space. As many of you know (if you're new here, you will now know), Vessels' support for Minds and The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention means the world to me, as their resources help those struggling with their mental health. As many other have, I have struggled with severe depression for years, and almost lost my life not long ago. This isn't uncommon for many artists, and less so among larger populations.
