Joe is a San Francisco-based songwriter, guitarist and singer who plays in various local bands including: Fog Bank, Delayed Reaction, Glass Pop.

Delayed Reaction is a project featuring Jay Hill (Bass, Keys, Drums, vocals, Kitchen Sink)and Joe Abrams (Guitar, Vocals).  Jay and Joe started collaborating in 2012 experimenting with various electronic beats and instrumentation on original songs they took turns composing.  They've also played as a two man band in SF periodically and love jamming with various other friends/musicians for fun.
