The album was recorded as a live performance in the hauntingly beautiful, abandoned village of Upper Filia, deep in the mountains of Southern Dagestan. This breathtaking location, rich in history and solitude, became the perfect setting to capture Arsankhan’s powerful story.

🗺️ The journey included traveling to remote, ghost villages, searching for the perfect backdrop to reflect the emotional landscape of the album. After hours of driving, hiking, and exploring untouched regions, we found the place where 'Nemo' was meant to be told.

TrueColors presents a four-track VA featuring Afro grooves, deep atmosphere and organic sounds from Bartella, Inámo, Raw Main and Timujin.

The record label is well-known for its releases featuring the likes of YokoO, David Mayer, Hraach, Armen Miran and Squire. This latest offering titled 'Foresight Volume 2' is a combination of artists both new and old.

Bartella is a UK artist from London who makes his return to TrueColors with his tantalising track "Whoever Knows", which blends soothing vocals with flowing percussion and enchanting melodies.

Inámo is based in New York City and is the navigator of trueColors. His track "La Llama" is a dramatic slice of melodic house/techno with tribal percussion and a throbbing bassline that unfolds with captivating suspense.

Raw Main is a French artist based in Paris who's well-known for his contributions to record labels including Stil Vor Talent, Kindisch and Lost Miracle. His track "Touareg" has a deep and smouldering groove with dramatic chords and building tension underpinned by moody pads.

Timujin is another TrueColors regular who is also the co-founder and driving force behind the label. He is also known for releasing music on labels such as Damian Lazarus' Rebellion. His track "Emotional Blush" closes the release with its psychedelic atmosphere and middle eastern instruments that build towards a hypnotic synth line and flowing organic percussion.

Renaissance welcomes another label-family debut! Vicky Montefusco joins the fold with his single ‘Prosopopea’, which traverses a diverse sonic range, which includes breaks and 4/4, alongside a creative house rework from Auggië. The 3 track blinder is a great introduction to his well known indie/techno grooves.

The Italian DJ and producer has previously had releases on Internasjonal, Ilinx and Space Factory and has been supported by a diamond-plated roster of the uber-cool: Maceo Plex, Troy Pierce, Ivan Smagghe, Jesper Dahlback, Man Power, Coyu and Curses are just some of the names who’ve jumped on board.

Founded on a central riff, both of Vicky’s versions are the perfect balance of what a melodic track should be in 2024; never a million miles from his Italo-disco heritage, they further prove the timeless quality at the heart of all the best electronic records. Auggië’s take, although very different, isn't far away its ethos either, though his version looks across the Atlantic to Detroit, with its edgy house vibe that balances warmth and power in equal measure.

trueColors is a deep and melodic record label with a focus on organic sounds, and the imprint's new release is a three-track compilation featuring music by Monolink, Zigan Aldi, Umami and Inámo who have all previously worked with trueColors.

Following the groundbreaking Foresight series, trueColors offers a deeper look into some unreleased material from prominent names on the label, works which stood the test of time with Insight Volume One.

Along with the previously unreleased 'Instrumental Mix' of Monolink and Zigan Aldi's track "Fidale (I Feel)" the release also includes a new remix by Inámo of Monolink and Umami's track "Terra Mount," and Umam provides a new remix of "Ahget" by Zigan Aldi.

Monolink is a German producer, musician and vocalist who combines live instrumentation and heartfelt lyrics with electronic beats. Along with his many solo tracks, he is also a regular collaborator known for working with other prestigious artists such as Ben Bohmer. Alongside his previous music on trueColors, he has also featured his enchanting style on other record labels such as Embassy One, Anjunadeep, Cercle Records and Afterlife Records.

Collaborating with Monolink on the track "Terra Mount" is German duo Umami, who combine electronic music production with acoustic guitar to create mesmerising tracks. Not only have they previously featured on trueColors, but they have also signed music to labels ranging from 3000 Grad to Katermukke. Umami also provides a mystical organic house remix of Zigan Aldi's solo track "Ahget."

Zigan Aldi is a German artist who features a solo track, plus a collaboration with Monolink called "Fidale (I Feel) (Instrumental Mix)" that is in the compelling style of organic house he has featured on other imprints such as Do Not Sit, Underyourskin Records and The Gardens of Babylon.

Inámo is an American organic house artist whose music has been a regular feature of trueColors and Earthly Delights. He showcases the melodic side of his sound with an upbeat remix of "Terra Mount" by Umami and Monolink.

With early support from Nick Warren, Sabo, Jonas Rathsman, Dave Seaman, Robbie Akbal, and Be Svendsen, this wonderful release is a collection of previously unreleased remixes and alternative versions, which combine deep atmospherics with melodic grooves and heartwarming melodies. There are also the flowing rhythms of Afro house and tribal percussion showcasing a new take on the trueColors catalogue and some of the artists that have helped shape the imprint's sound.

Monoplay's Album "Nine Lives"

This album is a collection of tracks that emerged at different times and places, sparked by moments of inspiration or personal stories that unfolded over time.

Some of these tracks were influenced by other musicians, such as Thom Yorke, whose impact is evident in the track "Nine Lives." Others were inspired by the sound of synthesizers, like my beloved Prophet 5, which I first tried in 2017 at the trueColors Studio with my friend Gene (Inámo) in the heart of New York City. The airy and beautiful sound of the Prophet 5 can be heard at the very beginning of the track "Beyond The Sky." I simply recorded the sound and took it with me, and more than six years later, it found its place.

All these sketches appeared in special moods at completely random moments and were set aside because it was unclear what to do with them next. Perhaps that's why they are so diverse, yet you can still trace a consistent sound, like a dish prepared from favorite timbres. Over more than five years, enough material accumulated to combine into one album.

Sounds of Khemit, the forward-thinking electronic music label rooted in Brooklyn, proudly announces the release of Balam / Kup Suz, the highly anticipated EP from emerging artist Bulat, in collaboration with vocalist Dyshat. 

Set to drop on September 27, the EP features two original tracks, "Balam" and "Kup Suz," with remixes by renowned producers Nhii and Matur, adding their distinct touch to this compelling release.
Inspired by the deep cultural traditions of Tatarstan, Dyshat’s hauntingly beautiful vocals elevate both tracks, weaving stories of introspection, freedom, and emotional struggle. Sung in the ancient Tatar language, the lyrics immerse listeners in a dreamlike atmosphere that is both deeply personal and universally resonant.

"Kup Suz" explores deeper philosophical themes, as Dyshat meditates on the nature of words and actions. Through the lyrics, "What else do I want to say? Are many words needed in this world? If you act with your heart and listen to no one, follow your own path," the track encourages listeners to trust their intuition and follow their inner voice. The minimalist production further emphasizes the depth of the message, allowing the lyrics to take center stage.
Both remixes by Nhii and Matur bring a fresh energy to the originals, with Nhii’s signature melodic house style and Matur’s deep, rhythmic approach providing alternative sonic landscapes for the tracks to evolve within.

Balam / Kup Suz is steeped in the rich history and storytelling traditions of the Tatar people. The Tatar language, central to these songs, adds an element of cultural preservation, paying homage to Dyshat’s roots while addressing timeless themes of freedom, self-reflection, and resilience. Through this EP, Bulat and Dyshat blend ancient influences with modern electronic sounds, crafting a sonic journey that invites listeners to explore the depths of their own inner landscapes.

Brooklyn-based imprint Sounds of Khemit proudly announces its next sonic journey—Harder Still EP, a powerful four-track release from the collaborative minds of King Ben and Lazarusman, with remix support from Hauy (All Day I Dream) and Amadori (Rummel, Barcelona).

This EP is a deep and evocative conversation between poetry and rhythm, introspection and motion. It emerges from a cross-continental dialogue: Lazarusman, South Africa’s unmistakable voice of deep house and electronic poetry, meets King Ben, the Swiss producer known for his intricate and deeply textured productions.

At the core of this EP is Lazarusman, a trailblazing spoken-word artist and lyrical force whose words have become anthems for some of the most respected names in the underground scene. With collaborations spanning across global electronic music, his voice brings gravity, meaning, and an unmistakable presence to every track he graces.

King Ben brings his signature blend of melodic depth and emotive production, making this collaboration feel both organic and striking. Reflecting on the process, he shares:

“When Lazarusman and I met, we instantly felt a strong connection—not just musically, but personally as well. Initially, I had asked him to contribute as a poet on a track. But after our exchange, it quickly became clear that we wanted to go deeper and create a full EP together. With Lazarusman in South Africa and me in Switzerland, it’s yet another proof that music knows no boundaries.”
Adding their unique flavors are the remixers: Hauy, a Canadian talent affiliated with All Day I Dream, brings an atmospheric, meditative touch to "Harder Still", while Amadori, hailing from Barcelona’s vibrant underground, reimagines "Strength" with a hypnotic, cinematic edge.

Harder Still EP is a reflection of global connectivity, poetic resilience, and the power of electronic music to transcend physical and cultural divides. It is both a dancefloor statement and a meditative journey, crafted for the soul.

Earthly Delights is an organic house record label releasing everything from downtempo to Afro house. This release revisits Tayu's classic EP, 'Patumaba,' with an exciting pack that features three new remixes.

There is a collaborative remix by Gobi Desert Collective and Glorionix, plus another joint remix by Makossa and Modumodi. Alongside the two collaborative remixes there is also a solo remix by UsAndThem.

Tayu is a prominent member of the Earthly Delights label family, and he is known for his flowing percussion, heartwarming melodies, and deep atmosphere. Tayu performs live, capturing a melodic afro tech sound. And has also been featured on other respected labels such as Kindisch.

Gobi Desert Collective and Glorionix are Belgian artists working together for the first time. They are both making their Earthly Delights debut, adding to individual catalogues that feature the likes of Cafe De Anatolia and Suprematic. Their downtempo remix of "Bakuri" combines a tense bassline with beautiful melodies and the original's cinematic vocals.

Makossa is an Austrian duo known for their remixes on labels ranging from MoBlack Records to Underyourskin Records, and they are teaming up

Makossa is part of the Austrian duo Makossa & Megablast known for their remixes on labels ranging from MoBlack Records to Cosmic Awakenings, and he is now teaming up with fellow Austrian artist Modumodi, who is known for his music on Dreamline Audio. Their trippy remix of "Patumaba" has a chugging groove with sweeping pads.

UsAndThem are a trio of Colombian artists who have previously released their Afro house style through Earthly Delights and their own self-titled imprint. Their remix of "Bakuri" adds extra percussion to bolster the original's majestic synths and cinematic vocals.

Earthly Delights proudly introduces Arada, a live act and DJ duo whose debut EP, “The Seduction,” arrives as a bold statement of intent — energetic, melodic house music driven by rhythm, story, and emotional movement.

Arada exists to move people — physically and emotionally. Their sound is not built for the background, but for connection. Each production carries a sense of purpose, unfolding like a message transmitted through melody, percussion, and tension on the dancefloor.

The EP opens with “The Seduction,” a hypnotic and propulsive introduction to Arada’s universe. Built on driving grooves and melodic tension, the track pulls the listener inward, setting the tone for a journey that is both energetic and immersive.

“Tribal Excursion” follows as a direct homage to tribal house influences — raw percussion, ritualistic rhythms, and a primal pulse that honors the roots of dancefloor culture. It’s a track designed for movement, sweat, and shared experience — where rhythm becomes a common language.

With “The Seduction” EP, Arada makes a confident debut on Earthly Delights, signaling the arrival of a project rooted in energy, intention, and timeless dancefloor values.

A Tribal Excursion [Earthly Delights]

Luke Garcia opens 2026 in style with ‘Lemons EP’, the follow-up to his much loved 'Brisa EP'. What began as an acid-tinged, groove-driven club idea quickly evolved into something more as Luke leaned into the lyrical hook, the track took on a life of its own. Repetitions, glitches, stutters and a sour “citrus drop” cut through the track like the bite of a lemon.

To round out the release, three remixes push 'Lemons' into new territory. Erly Tepshi, inspired by the track's unusual character, delivers a remix outside his usual lane. Oi adds his own twist, expanding the track’s club energy and closing the package, Rami turns in an Afro-infused version.

If in doubt, blame it, blame it, blame it on the lemons.

Huge thanks to White Ocean for making one of my dreams a reality. This year was my very first Burn… And if you met me on the playa, you know how much fun I had! For those who know me well, this experience was really powerful. I discovered a new part of myself, artistically and socially. And this set at White Ocean was very special. I was supposed to play a 3 hours live set but for many reasons I wasn’t able to do so…  So I improvised a kind of hybrid set remixing and editing some tracks in live. I had never done such a thing before and it was totally insane! Right after I started a big dust storm hit the playa and we couldn't see a thing but it was unbelievable! So epic! The crowd was insane! It probably was the craziest set in my entire life! I will never forget this one. There is so much to say… Just be there.

"I have no words to explain the mix of feelings and emotions I felt when I received the invitation to play at White Ocean. Knowing all my favourite DJs and producers, including some of my biggest inspirations and idols would be there as well, made the experience the biggest honour of my musical career to date.

 The reality of this opportunity did not set in until I was finally up on the decks getting ready to hit the play button… 

After struggling for a few years to obtain my US visa, sharing this moment with the White Ocean family on the first night of my first Burn was surreal.

Before you experience Burning Man, you always have an image of how it would be. After a couple days, I realised it was a lot different than I had imagined. Being in the middle of no where surrounded by dust, where everybody around you shares the same vibe and we all come together as one was like a dream. I wish I could live this dream forever. During my White Ocean set, the atmosphere around was shaking with a thousand voices; like that part of the song when the music stops and the voices die down, but a fragile few still float in the air.  It's a different planet. Without even realising, you connect with everything around you. Your music is asking questions and it's demanding for a story to be told. Thank you White Ocean and I can't wait to see you in the dust!

For the second year in a row, I was given the opportunity to stay with the ever-generous WO family.  That alone set things up to be an unforgettable week. My relationship with the guys has evolved at a healthy pace since the day we met just before BM 2015., and even though we do not see each other too often, we have grown fairly close.
This mix was recorded in the wee hours, from around 3 to 5 on Sunday morning. The evening leading up to the Man Burn was absolutely insane for me. It was just after sunset when my lover and I got stuck in the deep playa for a solid 90 minutes trying to find our way back to the Esplanade. I recall the sky getting really dark & stormy, feeling a couple of drops of rain and watching the wind pick up and throw dust into the air lowering our visibility by the second. I quickly realized we were not getting away from Mother Nature’s show. We jumped off our bicycles and embraced the situation, sat there for a moment to understand the storm was not stopping anytime soon. We then started pushing our bicycles struggling to even see our feet. I was holding my scarf around my head trying to protect my eyes, mouth and nose from getting filled up with dust. We were blind, and at the mercy of the elements.
Then . . . Something extremely strange happened out there. I remember us walking straight for so long and returning to the same point twice. It was like we had been walking around in circles. My level of confusion hit the red. Each art piece’s light in the dusty horizon would give me hope to have reached the destination. The struggle was real. It turned out to be one of the most memorable times of the week.
We eventually got back to the camp, unrecognizable, covered in white dust, looking 120 years old, exhausted. What an adventure! Our ordeal turned into one of the most memorable times of the week.
I passed out to wake up just before my set starting at 3am, following the Bedouin lads. To my surprise, the sky was clear again. I had managed to clean myself up and thought “great”, it’s going to be nice and calm out there . . . There was not one cloud in sight. I left my goggles and scarf behind and grabbed my USB sticks. I headed to the stage to watch the boys end their set to a packed dance floor. Whilst still in the process of waking, I jump on and guess what? Yes, another storm hit, a few minutes into my set. That’s it. I can’t see anything anymore, barely even the CD players, and of course, I don’t have my goggles. The wildness of the vista before me combined with my struggle made this experience truly magical in its own ways. The energy that surrounds you in such a situation is indescribable. It almost feels like time stops. Those of you who were there will remember, and those who weren’t, here is your opportunity to join in on my dusty journey at WO.
