A song about changing for the better. I know I can only change myself, my actions and my reactions. I can't change the way I think, but I can pause through the distorted thoughts. I will always be sick in the head but I can still thrive in this life no matter what my mental health issues are nor my spiritual ones.  I started writing to myself a couple years ago and it has really enlightened me. Having faith that 2022 marks a new beginning in my life, that's successful and positive. I hope yours is as well.
