Our crown chakra is the portal to divine inspiration.  As we open our seventh chakra and allow Spirit to enter our lives, we rest in a place of communion, of being part of the whole. And from this Source we receive our life force – that spark of uniqueness – our true essence. When we are on our path, when we are living a life on purpose, full of joy and gratitude, we are in this space of communion.  We are living the life we are meant to live.  This is the state of Grace -- when your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, words, and actions are outward expressions of your life’s purpose. That is the joy. As you come to know, deep within your soul, that you are living a life full of inner purpose and meaning, you radiate this joy out into the world, affecting everyone around you.

The meditation this month is on balancing all seven chakras and removing the energy of your neighbors and friends.
As you bring all seven chakras into a harmonic, you attune to the vibration of who you truly are, not who your neighbors and friends think you should be. Thoughts and feelings are beacons of energy calling to you events, circumstances and people that resonate at that same frequency. As you harmonize your chakras and remove foreign energies, you call to you people that resonate with that same frequency – you!

That’s one way of forming community – being the beacon that calls like energies together. Then, from that place of being, you can do the legwork. Maybe you find a local volunteer group that resonates with you and build relationships with other volunteers. Or you go out of your way to help others – both online and in person. There are many ways to connect with like-minded people. But remember to start with the being; being who you are, loving yourself fully, extending your heart out to others – all those are “being” qualities. The being comes first, the doing follows.

Just as we are adjusting to life without our loved one, so they too are adjusting to their new reality. Part of the healing process is to accept our present reality of loss and loosen the energetic cord that binds us together.
