A comeback to NCS after a year's hiatus, I present you with my favourite track I've made this year. The reason is that I've always wanted to create a cyberpunk-inspired track with a harder beat that's darker than my usual stuff, so it's sort of new territory. My vision was to combine an acid hardcore, drum and bass mid tempo fusion that portrays the augments and synthetic upgrades you would apply to yourself as a human, you are a fusion of cybernetics with just a small part of humanity left within you. I'm really pleased with how it turned out and just how easily it came together when making it, it pretty much wrote itself.

Of course, with this being on NCS, you can use it in your content royalty free :)

Harley D is back with a bang after dropping heat on CruCast, this time returning to his own label, Divergent DNB, with a brand-new EP titled 'Alien'. This EP is all about experimenting and blending different vibes—jump up, minimal, and dark—into a unique mix that shows off his skills and the sweat and tears he's poured into these tracks.

The title track, 'Alien', kicks things off with spooky sci-fi soundscapes and deep, rumbling basslines. 'Fucked Up' and 'Busted' crank up the intensity, guaranteed to get the crowd going wild. Then 'Danger' takes things down a darker path with some off-kilter rhythms and catchy basslines that stick with you. The EP wraps up with 'Closer', a killer collab with Mort and Subvert that ties everything together, merging all three sub-genres. Finally, 'Sins' closes it out on a minimal note, stripping things back with tight drums and big, wobbly subs that really highlight the versatility of the whole project.

Harley D is part of a new wave of Drum & Bass producers who are pushing the genre's boundaries, pulling in influences from all over the Drum & Bass spectrum to create something fresh and exciting.
