This little monstrosity was conceptualized in one of the (many) darker corners of my mind upon the realization that while I’ve seen and heard plenty of Undertale fan work involving the nightmares of Frisk and Sans, I haven’t found nearly as much highlighting Asgore’s subconscious guilt over the events which transpired before the start of the game.  Seeing as how I’m still developing my Flowey impression, I figured I might as well (to borrow a term from Darcy) strike while the fandom iron’s hot and try my hand at a nightmare sequence…even if it meant having to ask around to find out how one pronounces the word “paedocide”.  Yeah, that TOTALLY wasn’t awkward…

As always, creative criticism is HEAVILY encouraged!  If you have any strong opinions regarding my approach to the character of Flowey (e.g. what I should change or expand upon), by all means don’t keep them to yourself!  I’m just getting started with this kind of thing, so I’m starved for feedback at this point!
